Safety & Warning

• Read and understand this entire manual before assembling, installing operating, or servicing this product. Failure to follow these warnings and instructions can cause death, personal injury or damage to valuable property.
• Please release tire air pressure before using this tire changer.
  ● Always wear ANSI-approved safety goggles, steel-toed boots and protective gloves while operating the tire changer.
• Before and after each use, check to make sure that all hardware tightly secured. Regularly inspect for damage. If fraying or distortio found, immediately discontinue use.
• Use common sense when working. Stay alert and concentrate when setting up and using the tire changer. Never work while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medications.
• While assembling and using the tire changer, keep the work area and well-lighted. Keep spectators and children out of the work area
• Dress appropriately. Never wear loose-fitting clothing or jewelry when working. Contain long hair, and keep hair, clothing and gloves aw from moving parts.

INSTALLATION GUIDE:

A. Place the short leg(2) on either side of the long leg(1) and vertically.Attach support rod (3) to short leg(2) and long leg (1)with bolts (11),nuts (12),spring washer(13)and plate washe (14).
B. Lift the casina pipe(4) and align the hole openings on casino pipe(4) and support rod (3), insert the lock pin(5) to holes, in R pin(6) to the hole of lock pin(5) at last.
C. Lift the arc shovel(7) and align the hole openings on casina pipe(4) and arc shovel(7), insert the lock pin(5) to holes, inse pin(6) to the hole of lock pin(5) at last.
D. Attach the component to the floor of the workplace with expansion screws.

OPERATION.

A. Remove the tire

1. Insert the crowbar(10) to the casina pipe(4).Place the arc shovel between the hub and the tire. Press hard on the crowbar to free the tire from the hub.

1. Place the whole wheel on the tire changer and place the of the wheel in line with the dowel pin.

1. Insert the platen(8) and threaded rod (9), rotate the thread rod so that the platen compacts the hub.

1. Use the crowbar(10) to pry one side of the tire from the and rotate against the threaded rod (9) to peel the tire from the

1. Attach the hub to the tire changer.

1. Insert one side of the tire and rotate with the crowbar(10) ag the threaded rod (9) to load one side of the tire into the hub.

1. Repeat step 2 to load the other side of tire into the hub.
