How to install the trailer jack?

Fix the jack to the trailer using the mounting plates and bolts provided. Tighten the nuts well. Mount the handle with the fixing bolt. Check tightness regularly.

How to swivel the jack?

Pull the pull pin to release the pivot, rotate the jack to the desired position, then release the pin to fully engage. Only swivel when the trailer is hitched.

Can this jack be used to lift the trailer for maintenance?

No, the jack is designed only for vertical movement during hitching/unhitching. Never use the jack to lift the trailer for maintenance or tire change.

What safety precautions should be followed?

Wear safety goggles. Use on a flat, hard surface. Do not leave anyone under the load. Keep children away. Do not exceed capacity. Ensure the trailer is immobilized.

How to maintain the jack?

Clean with water and mild soap. Lubricate pivot points with light oil. At least once a year, lubricate the internal gear with automotive grease by removing the cover. Also grease the wheel axle.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING

1. The “WARNING” symbol above is a sign that a service or maintenance procedure involves a safety risk involved and may cause death or serious injury if not performed safely and within the parameter set forth in this manual.

2. Always wear eye protection when performing service or maintenance to the vehicle. Other safety equipment to consider would be hearing protection, gloves and possibly a full face shield, depending on the n of the service.

3. Never allow anyone unfamiliar with this product to install, operate a service this product.

4. Never lift or level the trailer without a properly installed footpad.

5. Never crank the jack or couple the trailer without preventing the tr from rolling.

6. Never exert excessive side forces on the trailer jack.

7. Never allow anyone, including the operator, to put any body parts under the trailer jack or the supported load during jack operation.

8. Never exceed the load capacity!

9. Never use a trailer jack to lift the trailer for service or tire change

10. Never move the trailer before the trailer jack is fully retracted.

11. Keep children and bystanders away from the work area while operating the tool. Do not allow children to handle the jack.

1. The jack is only designed for vertical movement of the trailer.
2. Rapid and continuous lifting is not recommended to avoid gear heating and reduce service life.

ASSEMBLY

1. When mounting the trailer jack, it is best to hook it up to the to vehicle to make sure the trailer is secure.
2. Mount jack based on drawing shown above.
3. Make sure bolts and nuts are securely tightened.
4. (Regularly check to make sure bolts and nuts are securely tight.)
5. After the jack is mounted to trailer, attach the handle assembly to with bolt fastener provided.

OPERATION

1. To activate the swivel function on the jack, pull the pull pin and jack into desired position.
2. Only swivel jack when trailer is securely attached to a tow vehicle. Make sure pull pin is properly engaged after swiveling into desire position.

1. Turn handle clockwise to raise.
2. Turn handle counterclockwise to lower.

Note: Remember that the jack must not interfere with the vehicle or when turning or passing over speed bumps, boat ramps, etc.

MAINTENANCE

1. Occasional cleaning with mild soap and water, along with light oil lubrication of pivot points, will prolong peak performance and appearance.
2. Periodically check whether the screws are loose.

3. Before each use, inspect jack tubes and replace them if bent or damaged.

4. The following procedures should be performed at least annually. The internal gearing and bushings of the jack must be kept lubricated. Apply small amount of automotive grease to the internal gearing by removing the jack cover. Rotate the jack handle to distribute the grease evenly. The axle bolt assembly of the caster wheel must also be lubricated with the light weight of If this product is used in a marine environment, flush the jack assembly and bushings with fresh water, and apply fresh lubricant.
