Turn the handle clockwise to lift the trailer. Ensure the surface is flat and hard. Never exceed the load capacity of 5000 lb.

How to lower the trailer?

Turn the handle counterclockwise to lower the trailer. Ensure the trailer is stable and that no one is under the load.

What safety precautions should I take?

Always wear safety glasses, use the jack only on a flat and hard surface, do not exceed the 5000 lb capacity, never lift for tire changing, do not let anyone under the load, and always insert the safety pin into the support foot.

What is the maximum load capacity?

The maximum capacity is 5000 pounds (2268 kg). Never exceed this limit.

Can I use this jack to change a tire?

No, this jack is designed only for vertical movement of the trailer and not for tire changing or maintenance under the trailer. Use a suitable jack.

How to maintain the jack?

Clean it occasionally with mild soapy water and lubricate pivot points with light oil. At least once a year, remove the jack cover and apply automotive grease to the internal gear while turning the crank to distribute. In a marine environment, rinse with fresh water.

What to do if the crank becomes hard to turn?

This may indicate a lack of lubrication. Follow the annual maintenance procedure: apply automotive grease to the internal gear and lubricate the bushings. Also check that the tubes are not bent or damaged.

Can I use the jack on an inclined surface?

No, the jack must be used on a flat, horizontal, and hard surface capable of supporting the load. Use on an inclined surface may cause tipping or failure.

2. Always wear eye protection when performing service or maintenance to the vehicle. Other safety equipment to consider would be hearing protection, gloves and possibly a full face shield, depending on the nature of the service.
3. Never allow anyone unfamiliar with this product to install, operate or service this product.
4. Never lift or level the trailer without a properly installed footpad.
5. Never crank the jack or couple the trailer without preventing the train from rolling.
6. Never exert excessive side forces on the trailer jack.
7. Never allow anyone, including the operator, to put any body parts under the trailer jack or the supported load during jack operation.
8. Never exceed the load capacity!
9. Never use a trailer jack to lift the trailer for service or tire chang
10. Never move the trailer before the trailer jack is fully retracted.
11. Keep children and bystanders away from the work area while operating the tool. Do not allow children to handle the jack.

2. Rapid and continuous lifting is not recommended to avoid gear heat and reduce service life.

1. When mounting trailer jack, it is best to hook it up to the tow v make sure the trailer is secure.
2. Mount jack based on drawing shown above.
3. Make sure bolts and nylock nuts are securely tightened.
4. (Regularly check to make sure bolts and nylock nuts are securely tight.)

OPERATION

1. Turn handle clockwise to raise.
2. Turn handle counterclockwise to lower.

Note: Remember that the jack must not interfere with the vehicle or when turning or passing over speed bumps, boat ramps, etc.

NOTE: Four-hole rotating storage jack on tube.

MAINTENANCE

1. Occasional cleaning with mild soap and water along with light oil lubrication of pivot points will prolong peak performance and appearance.
2. Periodically check whether the screws are loose.
3. Before each use, inspect jack tubes and replace them if bent or damaged.
4. The following procedures should be performed at least annually:

Apply a small amount of automotive grease to the internal gearing removing the jack cover. Rotate the jack handle to distribute the grease evenly. If this product is used in a marine environment, fl the jack assembly and bushings with fresh water, and apply fresh lubricant.
