SAFETY WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

NOTE

1) Please check the wiring carefully to make sure it's the same as the wirir diagram on the nameplate.
2) Please connect the power supply correctly according to the wiring diagram. First of all, ensure that the motor's ground wire is connected.

A. Two brown wires are connected to the capacitor.
B. The white wire must be connected to the one side of the power, and th of other colors are connected to the other side of the power through the sp adjustment switch.
C. The motor is 3-speed, you can choose to connect it to the speed adjust switch according to your actual needs.

COMMON PROBLEMS AND REMEDIES

Problem1:

When receiving the motor, please check whether the front shaft of the motor rotate. If you find it impossible to rotate manually.

Solution: The concentricity of the motor is damaged during transportation. You can concentric until the shaft of the motor can be turned manually and flexib

The motor does not work when it is powered on.

Solution:

1) Please check the power supply to make sure the output voltage is correc

Problem3:

After the motor is powered on, it rotates slowly and cannot be started normal

Solution:

1) Please check the power supply to make sure the output voltage is correc
2) Please check the wiring carefully to ensure that it is consistent with the diagram.
3) Check the capacitance of the motor to ensure that the capacitance is in condition.

Problem4:

After the motor running for a period of time, heats up and stops working.

Solution:

Motor overload operation, with protection function. Please turn off the power a wait half an hour for cooling. Then try again.
