How to connect the 3-speed motor?

Connect the ground wire first. The two brown wires connect to the capacitor. The white wire connects to one side of the power supply, and the wires of other colors connect to the other side via a speed switch. Refer to the provided wiring diagram.

Which capacitor to use?

For model YDK320-4G30, use a CBB60 capacitor of 15 µF / 450 V. Other models (YDK220, YDK160) use 15 µF and 8 µF respectively.

What to do if the motor heats up and stops?

This is likely due to overload. The motor is protected by an auto reset function. Turn off the power, wait about 30 minutes for it to cool down, then try again. If the problem persists, check the load and wiring.

What is the rotation speed of the motor?

The rated speed of model YDK320-4G30 is 1300 rpm. Models YDK220 and YDK160 run at 1250 and 1100 rpm respectively.

1. Voltage, frequency and the wiring style should be consistent with the motor nameplate, Power supply voltage should be maintained at plus or minus 5% rated operating range.

5. The insulation resistance of the 500 volt megohm table winding to the gro must be measured before operation, and its value should be above 200 meg otherwise dry.

2) Please connect the power supply correctly according to the wiring diagram. First of all, ensure that the motor's ground wire is connected.

COMMON PROBLEMS AND REMEDIES

Problem1:
