SAFETY WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
These motors are only used for air conditioning indoor fans.
- Voltage, frequency and the wiring style should be consistent with the motor nameplate. Power supply voltage should be maintained at plus or minus 5% rated operating range.
- No more than 1000 meters above sea level.
- Ambient air temperature not exceeding 40°C.
- The motor must have a good grounding device.
- The insulation resistance of the 500-volt megohm table winding to the ground must be measured before operation, and its value should be above 200 megohms, otherwise it should be dried.
- Before starting, pull the action shaft; it should rotate flexibly without friction or collisions. Running should be smooth and light, without stagnation. If any strange noise, overheating, burning smell, smoke, or slow speed is found, immediately turn off the power, shut down for inspection, and repair it.
- The surrounding environment should be kept clean, dry, and well ventilated.
- The motors are not allowed to run backward, slow down, or start frequently. Capacitor-running motors cannot be used for long-term light-load operation.
- Check whether the motor fastening is secure.
- Check whether the rotation is correct. If not, follow the connection methods below.
- According to the rated motor power for continuous operation, the maximum permissible temperature rise of the heating parts shall not exceed the following requirements: Winding temperature rise: 75 K, Core: 75 K, Bearing: 55 K.
- Motor Operation Inspection: When the motor is running, always pay attention to whether the load current meets the requirements, whether the bearing has heating or leakage, and whether there are any abnormalities or sounds. If so, stop immediately for inspection. Do not perform start-up tests until the fault is confirmed.

CONNECTION METHOD

Be sure to connect the motor in the correct wiring mode, otherwise the motor may be damaged.
NOTE
1) Please check the wiring carefully to make sure it's the same as the wiring diagram on the nameplate. 2) Please connect the power supply correctly according to the wiring diagram. First of all, ensure that the motor's ground wire is connected.
A. Two brown wires are connected to the capacitor. B. The white wire must be connected to one side of the power, and the wires of other colors are connected to the other side of the power through the speed adjustment switch. C. The motor is 3-speed; you can choose to connect it to the speed adjust switch according to your actual needs.
COMMON PROBLEMS AND REMEDIES
Problem 1:
When receiving the motor, please check whether the front shaft of the motor rotates. If you find it impossible to rotate manually.
Solution: The concentricity of the motor is damaged during transportation. You can adjust the concentricity until the shaft of the motor can be turned manually and flexibly.
Problem 2:
The motor does not work when it is powered on.
Solution:
1) Please check the power supply to make sure the output voltage is correct. 2) Please check the wiring carefully to ensure that it is consistent with the diagram.
Problem 3:
After the motor is powered on, it rotates slowly and cannot be started normally.
Solution:
1) Please check the power supply to make sure the output voltage is correct. 2) Please check the wiring carefully to ensure that it is consistent with the diagram. 3) Check the capacitance of the motor to ensure that the capacitance is in good condition.
Problem 4:
After the motor has been running for a period of time, it heats up and stops working.
Solution:
Motor overload operation, with protection function. Please turn off the power and wait half an hour for cooling. Then try again.
