How to adjust the stroke limits (maximum and minimum height)?

Use a screwdriver to slightly loosen the positioning screws on the stroke block. Move the block to the left (lower limit) or right (upper limit), then tighten the screws. Test the movement and repeat until the desired height is obtained.

Can I use this mount with a projector heavier than 15 kg?

No, this would exceed the maximum load capacity. Only use projectors of 15 kg maximum to guarantee safety.

How to connect the power supply?

Connect the remote control to the power supply. Ensure the voltage matches your mains (110-120 V~60 Hz or 220-240 V~50 Hz). Then plug the mount into a wall outlet.

Does the remote control work wirelessly?

No, the remote control is wired and connects directly to the motorized mount.

What to do if the mount does not go up or down?

ASSEMBLY STEP

We recommend that you install electric pylons in the following order:

Determine the distance between the hanger and the screen based on the focal length of the screen size and the projector. Set the hanger installation location accordingly. Install the ceiling hanger according to the size of the installation hole. Meanwhile, reserve a maintenance access hole (40*40cm) at the recommended installation position.

After marking the mounting holes on the ceiling, measure the center distance of the four mounting plate holes (211 * 225mm). To prevent the ceiling from being affected by drilling, embed the four M10 bolts on the ceiling.

3. Insert the mounting plate bolts and tighten the nuts to fix the mounting plate to the ceiling. 4. Insert the hanger into the mounting plate. Use four M5 * 12mm screws between the hanger and mounting plate. 5. Plug in the remote control and power it on. The hanger is factory set to the next trip. Run to the next trip, and the hanger stops running. 6. After installing the projector, use four M8 screws to connect the base plate and hanger. Install the universal head with the M6 bolts and scissors mounting plate delivered. 7. Adjust the electric pylons trip according to the height of the screen. Adjustment method:

Use a screwdriver to slightly loosen the stroke positioning block (on the right) screws (do not screw off). Shift this position slightly to the left, then tighten the screws. Run the hanger and observe the downstream location. Repeat this action until you find a suitable screen hanger height. Adjust the upper limit: release the leftmost stroke positioning block, move it to the right, and tighten the screws. Run the hanger and observe the upward position. Repeat this action until you find a suitable screen hanger height. After adjusting the upper and lower limits, you must tighten the fixing screws; otherwise, the hanger may malfunction during operation, causing positioning issues. For 2M hangers, when adjusting the upper limit, do not let the scissors completely collapse (to avoid stopping the motor function).
