Assembly precautions

1. Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly c create hazards.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
3. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit.
4. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
5. Do not assemble if tired or when under the influence of alcohol, or medication.
6. The product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled products only.
7. Assemble on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of sa supporting the Rolling Garden Seat
8. For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, please refer to the Assembly Diagram of this manual. Unw and separate all parts in a clean work area.

ASSEMBLY STEP

C Frame X1 Q Iron sheet X1 M M8*20 Screw X2

1. Fix the Iron sheet(No.Q) onto the Frame(No.C) with two screw x2).
2. Note: The protruding part of the Iron sheet(No.Q) should face upwards.(Detailed diagram)

B Tire X4 I M12 Nut X2 J Ø12 Washer X2

1. Install the wheels(No.B x2) onto the axles, then place two large washers(No.J x2) and secure them with two large nuts(No.I x2).
2. Note: Do not tighten the nuts completely; leave some space for wheels to rotate.
3. Note: The air inlets of the tires should face outwards.

1. Install the axle(No.F) at the position of the rear wheels.
2. Place one bushing(No.N x2) at each end of the axle(No.F).
3. Install two pairs of wheels(No.B x2) one after another, then pu washers(No.J x2) and secure them with two large nuts(No.I x2).
4. Note: Do not tighten the nuts completely; ensure there is room wheels to rotate.
5. Note: The air inlets of the tires should face outwards.

Place two metal shims(No.H x2) at the bottom of the plastic fran and secure them with four sets of screws and nuts(No.Kx4).

A Metal cushion X1 P M10*25 Screw X4

Fix the metal seat(No.A) cushion onto the bracket(No.C) with four nuts(No.P x4).

G Frame X1 H Iron sheet X1 K M6*30 Screw X2

Fix the frame(No.G) onto the bracket with two screws(No.K x2). Place one piece of the metal sheet(No.H) on top of the Frame(N middle before fixing it.

1. First, fix one piece of the metal sheet(No.R) onto the bracket successively with one screw(No.L) and one screw(No.M).
2. Then, fix the handle(No.D) onto the metal sheet(No.R) with on screw(No.S).

Note: The screw(No.L) and the screw(No.M) should be tightened, a little bit of play to ensure that the handle(No.D) can rotate sm

Lock two handrails(No.V x2) onto the metal seat cushion with four screws(No.Z x4).

1. Lock three metal tubes(No.U x3) onto the metal seat cushion screws(No.Z x3).
2. Lock the Curved round tube(No.T) onto the three metal tubes(with three screws(No.Y x3).

W Fabric backrest cushion X1 X Fabric seat cushion X1

1. Place the cloth seat cushion(No.X) on the metal seat cushion, fasten the Velcro properly.
2. Install the Fabric backrest cushion(No.W) on the Curved round tube(No.T), and fasten the Velcro properly.
