SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING: Always follow basic safety precautions when using these devices.

These include:

1. This product contains small parts. If swallowed, it will pose a choking hazard. Keep these small parts away from children!
2. Read, understand and follow your power tool manufacturer's instructions for safety. Always wear safety glasses or eye shields before commencing power tool operation. Always keep hands, face, hair, loose clothing, and bod at a safe distance from spindles and cutting tools. Always keep a firm grip tool handles when in operation. Always disconnect from power source before adjusting power tools.
3. Do not operate the hinge tapper after fatigue or alcohol.
4. Please refer to the manual to install and use the jig.
5. Please always wear eye protection during use.
6. Keep hands and body clear of sharp edges and moving parts.

OPERATION

Yellow electronic device with a white foam roller, black buttons, and a circular dial (no visible text or symbols)

2 Distances available:3"/ 75mm and 4"/100mm 100MM 75MM

Adjustable dials adjust hinge offset: Come with adjustable dials design, limited to 3, 4, 5, and 6 millimeters to adjust the distance between the hole and the plate, making drilling holes of cabinet hinges easy and accurate.

35mm 26mm

NOTE: The hinge jig can also work for 26mm hinges, but you need to install the 26mm accessories for it which are in the package.

Multipurpose cabinet jig: This hinge hole drill guide is suitable for 35mm hinges and is also available with 26mm hinges.

How to Use:

1. Insert the opening cutter into the bracket

1. Insert the limit ring into the block and use a wrench to screw it.

1. Install on the electric drill.

1. Adjustable dials limited to 3, 4, 5, and 6 millimeters ensure proper hing offset. (Recommended to choose the 5mm.)

NOTE: For drilling 26mm hinge holes, install 26mm auxiliary accessories on the stop block on the back of the main body.

1. Place the positioning rod according to the edge distance needs .

1. Use the clamp to fasten the jig and install the cutter.

1. Drill the 35mm hole and take down the cutter.

NOTE: When the checking ring reaches the end of the bracket, stop drilling.

1. Use the small drill bit to drill side holes.

NOTE: The pivot holes are 46, 48 or 52mm distance to each other.

1. Clean the sawdust and install the hinge.

MAINTENANCE

1. After each use, please install it in time and keep it properly to a losing parts.
2. Clean the surface after each use.
