PRODUCT PRESENTATION

Manual pressure test pump is composed of pump body, plunger, sealing ring, control valve, pressure gauge, water tank and so c Working principle: The plunger is lifted up by the handle to cre vacuum in the pump body, and the inlet valve is opened. The enters the pump body through the filter screen and water pipe. the handle applies force to press down, the inlet valve is close outlet valve is opened, the pressure water is output, and the w enters the detected object. The work is carried out in such a c realize the pressure test of the rated pressure.

INSTALLATION STEPS

1. Align the handle hole with the pump body hole, insert the pin into handle hole, then insert the pin into the pin hole and bend the pin explosion numbers 6 and 7 for details).
2. Place the pump body on the tank, with the handle facing the water. Align the screw holes of the pump body with those of the water tan the four bolts into the screw holes and tighten them with a tool. (se explosion numbers 8 and 9 for details).
3. Install the suction pipe from the inside of the water tank on the at the bottom of the pump body (see explosion diagram No. 4). Put the Sealing ring in the joint of the water pipe, and then tighten of the water pipe and the pump body (see explosion diagram No. 10).

TESTING PROCEDURES

1. Install the stop valves to the test pipe(#1,#2)
2. Fill up the test pipe with water by the use of service water supply source.
3. When the test pipe is filled with water, remove air and close valve(#2).
4. Connect the tester and the test pipe with the attached pressure-resistant house assay
5. Fill the water tank of the tester with water and operate the
6. Open the stop valve(#1) of the test pipe and continue the operation to fill up with water.
7. When the pressure gauge equipped to the tester rises to the required pressure, stop operating the pump.
8. If the pressure does not drop, the test pipe is perfect。
9. If the pressure drops, it is indicative of leakage caused somewhere on the test pipe.

FAILURE RECOVERY
