Function description

MCU – automatically detects the pressure during operation and provides security protection, shuts off the motor, and resets automatically after operation.

Auto reset – releases the pressure automatically and retracts the piston to the starting position when the maximum output is reached.

One-key control – press the trigger to start working; releasing the trigger stops the pressure and the piston stops moving.

The unit is equipped with a double piston pump, which is characterized by a rapid approach of the die towards the connector and a slow crimping motion.

Suspend – when finishing work, withdrawing the hand from the trigger, or in the event of an accident, the internal device can stop the power supply.

A significant sound will be heard and a red display flashes if any error occurs or if the power is low (refer to Table 1).
Each time the trigger is pressed, the LED will light up for 20 seconds.

The overall structure is compact with ergonomic design. The anti-skid rubber on the handheld part and the optimized design emphasis make operation easier.

High-performance Li-ion battery provides strong power supply, has no discharge memory effect, and ultra-low power consumption standby design allows the tool to be stored for 6 months. Additionally, the over-discharge protection device prolongs the battery's lifespan.

The microcomputer control system features self-pressure detection, double protection during operation, counting, and the ability to exchange data with a computer via a converter.

2. Special suggestion:
The tool is controlled by one key. Press the trigger to start working; the piston backs automatically after finishing pressing. Releasing the trigger stops forcing pressure. Press the retract button, and the piston fully comes back.

Warning:
1) This tool is a high-pressure, high-strength, heavy-duty appliance. Please follow the instructions and precautions strictly and operate carefully! 2) Before operating, you must check the tool for any damage, aging, missing parts, stuck components, and any other unfavorable factors that threaten safety. If you find any problems, stop using it immediately until the problem is solved. 3) After pressing the jaw arm and holding the pipe, keep your hands and fingers away from the jaw. Press the start button and hold it until the pin reaches the set value and resets automatically. Release the start button halfway to pause; press the release button to return the piston. 4) Do not let the tool or jaws hang directly on the pipe fittings, to avoid unnecessary injury or even fatal accidents caused by the tool falling accidentally. 5) Before starting the tool, the ram pin must be fully inserted into the ram, otherwise it will easily cause damage to the ram and even personal injury. 6) Remove the grease from the non-lubricated parts of the tool, especially th
hand-held parts, to avoid the tool slipping during use.
7) Do not disassemble and assemble tools at will, otherwise tool damage or personal injury may occur. 8) Do not put your fingers or any part of the human body into the moving jaws during use, and avoid pointing the tool head at yourself or others. 9) The pressure of the tool should be checked and calibrated regularly. The pressure check and calibration need to be carried out under a special pressure detection device. Do not adjust it without permission, otherwise the tool may be damaged or even personal injury may occur. 10) After 30 minutes of continuous use, the tool should be cooled down before further use. Otherwise, the temperature will become too high, resulting in early seal failure and oil leakage.

MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING
Do not disassemble the tool at will. Any damage caused by unauthorized disassembly is not covered by the warranty. The manufacturer will provide a paid maintenance service (only spare parts costs are charged).
- Keep the tool and spare parts dry. Various liquids may cause corrosion to the shell, metal surfaces, and electrical circuits. If the tool gets wet, please remove the battery. Reload the battery after the tool is dry.
- Do not place the tool in overheated or overcooled areas. Low and high temperatures can cause the plastic parts to deform, shorten the life of electrical components, and damage the battery.
Do not clean the tool with strong chemical cleaning agents.
- To prolong the tool's lifespan, change the oil annually. Use oil filtered through a 120-mesh net or a 30-micron strainer. Also, avoid letting impurities enter the oil cup.
- If the tool will not be used for an extended period, ensure the piston stays in its proper position, clean the tool, and apply rust-preventive oil to the tool and piston accessories. Remove the battery and store it in the box, then place the tool in its handle box.
- After prolonged use, the sealing kits may become damaged. If there is a leak, contact the manufacturer or distributor to have the seals replaced by a qualified service technician.
- After prolonged use, the sealing kits will become damaged. If a leak occurs, please contact the manufacturer or distributor to have the seals replaced by a qualified service technician.

Micro computer control system with self-pressure detection, double protection during operation, counting, and the ability to exchange data with a computer via the converter.

Function description

MCU – automatically detects the pressure during operation and provides security protection, shuts off the motor and resets automatically after operation.

Auto reset - releases the pressure automatically, retracts the piston to the starting position when the maximum output is reached.

One key control - press the trigger to start working, releasing the trigger stops the pressure, and the piston stops moving.

The unit is equipped with a double piston pump which is characterized by a rapid approach of the die towards the connector and a slow crimping motion.

Suspend - when finishing work, withdrawing the hand from the trigger, or any accident happens, the device inside the tool can stop the power supply.

A significant sound will be heard and a red display flashes if any error occurs or low power is detected (see Table 1).
Each time the trigger is pressed, the LED will light for 20 seconds.

The overall structure is compact with ergonomic design. Anti-skid rubber on the handheld part and optimized design emphasis make operation easier.

High-performance Li-ion battery provides strong power supply, no discharge memory effect, ultra-low power consumption standby design keeps the tool in storage for 6 months, and over-discharge protection prolongs the battery's lifespan.
