How to install the spoiler on my car?

Follow the steps in the manual: measure and mark the drilling points on the rear hatch, drill 6.2 mm holes, fix the bracket, then insert the mounting screws. Adjust the angle before fully tightening.

Is this spoiler compatible with my car?

The JG-137 model is designed for cars with a standard rear hatch. Check the dimensions (length 1106 mm) and shape of your hatch. For specific models, consult customer service.

What tools are needed for installation?

You will need a 6.2 mm drill bit, a marker, a drill, nut wrenches, a screwdriver, safety glasses, and work gloves.

What to do if the mounting holes do not match?

Check the measurements before drilling. Use the elongated holes on the bracket to slightly adjust the position. If necessary, re-mark and drill new holes.

How to adjust the angle of the spoiler?

The brackets have elongated holes. Loosen the mounting nuts, tilt the spoiler to the desired angle, then retighten. Refer to the manual for instructions.

Can I repaint the spoiler?

Yes, the aluminum spoiler can be repainted. Make sure to degrease it and use paint suitable for metal surfaces. Observe drying times.

How to maintain the spoiler?

Clean it regularly with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive products. Periodically check the screw fastening.

What is the weight of the spoiler?

The weight is not specified in the manual, but it is estimated at about 2-3 kg due to the aluminum material.

INSTALLATION

STEP 1: Install bracket and spoiler (Except Model JG-127)

Assemble the bracket with the spoiler using the connecting rod in the package, tighten the 4 screws and nuts (don't worry about the spoiler at this time).

CAUTION: The two small circular gaskets are placed on the inside o top of the connecting piece!

Use the same method to assemble the bracket and spoiler on the side.

Note the orientation of the bracket as shown.

STEP 2: Measure the perforated mounting point.

(2.1). Measure the outer distance of the support L&W.

(2.2). Find the center position of size L on the rear cover of the ca determine the position of the front and rear, and mark with a marker

(2.3). Place the whole tail on the marked anchor point, and use the again to confirm whether the tail is left and right, and confirm that the installation position is appropriate.

STEP 3: Drill hole.

(3.1). Remove the base of the bracket and place it in the position in the previous step, and then mark the drilling point with a marker per

Note: Before drilling, make sure that the drilling position is on the inside of the tail cover without protection or anything to avoid

(3.2). Drill holes with a 6.2mm diameter drill bit, two on each side.

STEP 4: Installation.

(4.1). Insert the mounting screws for the bracket base through the recover.

(4.2). Install locking screws on the inside of the rear cover.

(4.3). Install flank panels.

Note that the mounting screws need to be removed before the flanking panels can be installed.

Tips: The brack joint has a waist-shaped hole to loosen mounting nut to adjust the spoile Angle.
