2. Instructions for Safe Operation
- The operator needs to wear slip-resistant safety shoes, appropriate clothing, goggles, and a helmet. Wear earplugs for long-time operation. Balance your body when operating the machine. The user should stand behind the support handle to operate. Prohibit smoking, eating, and chatting when operating the machine.
- After starting the machine, avoid operating it with one hand.
- When lifting the machine, first turn the control dial to the minimum scale to let the machine slow down.
5. Keep bystanders away from the work area to avoid injury. The process of using the machine may cause gravel to fly toward bystanders. 6. Select a medium-speed gasoline pile driver for best performance. 7. Keep the handles dry, clean, and free of oil or fuel mixture. 8. If you stop the operation midway, you must turn off the engine. 9. Every time, check that the fastening screws of the connector being used are normal. If loose, tighten the screws before use. 10. This engine is four-stroke, so use gasoline of 90# or higher. 11. Gasoline is highly flammable, so refuel in a well-ventilated environment. When adding oil, stop the gasoline engine. 12. Do not add oil too full. Do not leave the fuel filler in the neck part of the machine. If fuel overflows or spills, wait until all fuel has volatilized before starting the machine. 13. After refueling, tighten the oil cap. Check frequently whether the tank is damaged and leaking; if damaged, stop and replace it immediately. 14. Store reserve oil in storage areas. Remove all root causes of fire or sparks. 15. In closed areas such as tunnels, trenches, and deep grooves in wet environments, when using a gasoline pile driver, ensure sufficient fresh air. Exhaust gas contains carbon monoxide, which is dangerous; use an electric fan for air flow.
for air flow.
16. Forbid quickly accelerating or braking, so as not to damage the machine. 17. When transferring the site over long distances, empty the fuel tank. 18. Prohibit unqualified maintenance staff from disassembling the gasoline pile driver, to avoid structural damage to parts,
resulting in shortened life of the gasoline pile driver and accidents.
3. Main Use and Function
Use
It can be used in farm, orchard, fence, or barrier piling works.
Features
- It is the world's lightest weight, lowest displacement engine type handheld gasoline pile driver.
- It has ergonomic design, minimizing hand vibration, and offers significant control convenience and comfort. The operator can perform digging with 360-degree rotation.
- It can regulate the number of impact energy and impact, and is suitable for a variety of piles less than 70mm in diameter.
- Advantage: If you use our machine, you can ignore the trouble of heavy equipment like diesel engines, air compressors, and trucks.
- The handle of the machine is fitted with rubber sponge, which greatly reduces the force required to operate the machine and improves user comfort.
4. Preparation before use
Fuel
1. Use gasoline of 90# or higher. 2. Add fuel in a well-ventilated area. 3. Do not fill the tank too full. (Please note: the oil must not exceed the MAX mark. See figure A.) Do not leave fuel in the neck. If there is a fuel spill, remove it or let it evaporate completely before starting the gasoline engine. 4. After refueling, tighten the fuel tank cap.
Figure A
5. Starting
1. Before starting the new machine for the first time, press the transparent primer bulb repeatedly (see Fig. 3) to fully fill the carburetor with fuel.
(Close the air vent when the engine is cold, but open the air vent only when the engine is hot.)
Fig. 3
2. Before working, the piling socket should be screwed into the iron head (see Fig. 4).
Fig. 4
- Place the machine on the floor (figure B). Hold the handle with one hand and quickly pull the starter rope about 10 cm with the other hand. Repeat this action until the engine starts, as shown in figure C. During repeated pulling, do not allow the starter handle to return freely; instead, hold the handle and let it return slowly with its elasticity to protect the starter (figure D).
- Open the air vent completely when starting the gasoline engine.
Figure B
Figure C
Figure D
6. Run
- After starting the gasoline engine, it should be run at low speed for 3 to 5 minutes to warm up the machine. When the gasoline engine is warm enough, pull the appropriate regulatory position according to the required impact energy.
Note: For the first 24 hours of use of the new gasoline pile driver, the workload should be at low or medium speed to extend the service life. Use the highest speed accelerator.
- Select medium-speed gasoline engine run for the best.
4. Prohibit use of the gasoline pile driver under non-breaking with high speed operation.
7. Stop machine
1. Pull scale position to 0, idle running for 3-5 minutes.
- Press the flameout button to stop, see Fig.1 for the flameout button.

8. Technical Maintenance
8.1 Air Filter
Check the air filter regularly. Soot deposit blocking the filter element will reduce the power of the gasoline engine and its service life. If the filter has too much soot deposit, clean it with warm water and detergent, and install the air filter after wiping it with a dry cloth. The filter should be replaced if damaged. The maintenance cycle should be shortened properly if it is particularly used in a dusty environment.
8.2 Fuel filter
If the fuel filter is blocked, the pile driver will have reduced speed and weaker impact energy. Methods: ① Open the oil can lid. Remove the fuel filter from the oil can with a metal hook and clean it. ② When cleaning the filter.
8.3 Carburetor
The oil can and carburetor generally have residual oil. After some time, the residual oil will become greasy oil which will block the oil line, causing the engine to fail to start. Therefore, when the machine is not used for more than one week, be sure to completely drain the fuel. Method: Pull out the oil inlet pipe, press the fuel bubble of the carburetor repeatedly to discharge oil, and press the oil inlet pipe back into place when the fuel in the fuel bubble and oil return pipe is emptied.
8.4 Spark Plug
To ensure normal operation of the engine, the spark plug gap must be proper. Remove sediment with a wire brush. Proper gap of the spark plug: 0.5-0.7 mm. See Fig.6
Fig.5
8.5 Muffler
Regularly maintain the muffler. Use a screwdriver to remove rubbish on the body or the rubbish on the coke muffler exhaust.
8.6 Gearbox Lubrication
The factory puts grease in the gearbox when leaving the factory to support 36 hours of work. Clients do not need to add more during that time, or else the pile driver will not work. Use 1#-1.5# high temperature grease. Add 20-30g of grease when the working hours are more than 36 hours.
Open the gear box cover, lubricate the gear and the connecting rod regularly with lubricating grease.
Open the hammer socket, lubricate the piston and impact hammer regularly with lubricating grease.
Fig.6
7. The Cylinder Heat Sink
Regularly remove dust to ensure cylinder cooling. This gasoline pile driver is air-cooled. If dust accumulates on the heat sink, it will directly affect the cooling effect.
8. Failure Analysis and Its Eliminating Methods
Problem analysis and solving
Example 1: Difficulties in starting engine in cooling state.

Example 2: Difficulties in restarting after sudden stop.

Example 3: Slow speed and weak power.

Example 4: Abnormal sound.

Example 5: The machine is working normally but the work efficiency is very low.

Please contact the local sales agent or the contractual maintenance site for maintenance.
