2. Instruction of safe operation

1. The operator need wearslip-resistant safety shoes.Appropriate clothing.Wear goggles and helmet,wearcarplugsfor a long timeoperation. 2. Balance body when you operationthe machine.The user should stan behind the supporthandleto operate prohibit smoking,eating and chatting when you operate the machine.

2. After starting the machine, avoid to operation for single hand.

3. When you lift machine, the first control you need dial to reach the minimum scale, let the machine to slowdown.

5.Tell idlers away from the work area avoid injury.The process of using machine may lead to gravel flying toidler.
6. Select medium-speed gasoline pile driver to run for the best.
7. Maintain the handles dry, clean, no oil or fuel mixture.
8. Stop the operation midway; you must turn off the engine.
9. Every time please check normal fastening screws of the connector being using. If loose, you must tighten the screws to use.
10. This engine is four-stroke, so using the equal or over 90#gasoline
11. Gasoline is highly flammable, so to refuel in a well ventilated environment. When you add oil, please stopgasoline engine.
12. Do not add oil too full. Do not leave the fuel filler in neck part of machine. If overflow or spilled fuel wait the fuel all volatilize, then you can start machine.
13. After refueling, tighten the oil lid. Please check frequently whether the tank is damaged to leak, if found damaged, please stop and replace immediately.
14.Reserve oil in storage areas.Remove all the root causes of fire or sparks.
15. In closed areas, such as tunnels, trenches and deep grooves in the wet environment when using gasoline piledriver to ensure sufficient fresh air, exhaust gas containing carbon monoxide dangers, should bring electricity fan

for air flow.

16.Forbid quickly accelerate orbrake,so as not to damage the machine

3.Main Use and Function

Use

It can use in farm, orchard fence or barrier of piling works.

Features

1. It is the world's lightest weight, lowest displacement engine type handheld gasoline pile driver.

4.Prepared work before using

Fuel

1 Using the equal or over 90#gasoline.
2 Well-ventilated place to add fuel.
3 Don't fill the tank too full.(Please note:the oil must notexceed the MAXmark.See figure A:).Do not leave fuelin the neck.If there is a fuespill,remove or evaporate it completely before starting the gasoline eng 4 After refueling,tighten the fuel tank cap.

5.Start

1.Before first starting of the new machine,repeat press the transparent bubble (See Fig.3)to fully fill theCarburetor with fuel.

(Close the air vent when the engine is in the state of cooling, but op air vent only when the engine isheated).

2.Before working, the piling socket should swirled into the iron head(see 4).

1. Stand the machine on the floor (figure B). Hold the handle with one hand and quickly pull the elastic rope at about 10cm . Please repeat this actic until engine running handle with the other hand for about 10cm , as shown in figure C). During repeated drawing, do not allow the drawing handle to return freely, but hold the drawing handle and lower it with its elasticity to protect the starter (figure D).

2. Open the air vent completely when the gasoline engine is started.

6. Run

1. After gasoline engine start, it should be lowspeed for 3 to 5 minutes, warm-up operation for the machine. When the gasoline engine warm enough, according to the required impact energy to pull appropriate regulatoryposition.

Note: the new gasoline pile driver use of the first 24 hours, the workload should be in low or medium-speed inorder to extent the service life. Use the biggest speed accelerator.

1. Select medium-speed gasoline engine run for the best.

4.Prohibit use gasoline pile driver under the non-breaking with high sp operation.

7. Stop machine

1.Pull scale position 0,idle running for 3-5 minutes.

8. Technical Maintenance

8.1 Air Filter

Check air filter regularly. Soot deposit blocking the filter element of the filter will reduce the power of gasoline engine and service life. If the 1 has too much soot deposit, clean it with warm water and detergent, and install the air filter after wiping it with dry cloth. Filter should be replaced damaged. Maintenance cycle shall be shortened properly if it's particularly used in the dusty environment.

8.2 Fuel filter

If the fuel filter is blocked, the pile driver will have reduced speed and weaker impact energy. Methods:① Open the oil can lid. Get out the fuel filter from the oil can with metal hook and clean it. ② When cleaning filter.

8.3 Carburetor

Oil can and carburetor generally have residual oil. After some time, the residual oil will become greasy oil which will block up the oil line, call incapability of starting the engine. Therefore, when the machine is not used for more than one week, be sure to completely take the fuel out Method:Pull out the oil inlet pipe, press the fuel bubble of the carburet repeatedly for oil discharge, and press the oil inlet pipe back to its pc when fuel in the fuel bubble and oil return pipe is emptied.

8.4 Spark Plug

To ensure normal operation of the engine, the spark plug gap must be proper. Remove sediment with a wire brush. Proper gap of the spark 0.5-0.7 mm. See Fig.6

8.5 Muffler

Regular maintenance muffler,use a screwdriver to remove rubbish on t body or the rubbish on the coke muffleexhaust.

8.6 Gearbox Lubrication

The factory put the grease on the gear box when leaving the factory support to work 36hoursClients do not need to add more during the hour,or else,the pile driver will not workUsing 1#-1.5#high temperature grease.Adding 20-30g grease when the working hours are morethan 36 hours.

Open the gear box cover, lubricated the gear and the connecting rod regularly with lubricating grease.

Open the hammer socket, lubricated the piston, impact hammer regularly with lubricating grease.

7.The cylinder heat sink

Regularly to remove dust, to ensure the cylinder cooling, this gasoline pi driver is air-cooler type, if the cylinder dust accumulates on the heat s will directly affect the cooling effect.

8. Failure Analysis and Its Eliminating Methods

Problem analysis and solving
