For a boom length of 700 mm, use an electric hoist of 2200 lb (approximately 1000 kg). For 1100 mm, use a hoist of 440 to 1800 lb (200 to 820 kg). Adapt the hoist to the load capacity of the boom.

2. The Rocker arm can rotate 180 degrees, allowing the boom to op more flexibly with a wide operating range and high working efficie
3. When the product is working or rotating, no one is allowed to stay within the rotation radius of this product to avoid injury.
4. The hoist swing arm boasts integrated casting technology, and is in the material. And it is durable and not easy to deform.
5. The Fix rod can be fixed directly on the wall. Due to the stability of triangle bracket and the thickened steel plate, it is stable for efficient operation.
6. Do not use the tool if it is damaged to prevent serious damage tool failure.

2. Product Description

This support arm is made of durable steel with a strong load-bearing cap. The stable triangle structure makes it firm and reliable, and the service li long. Fixed by the thick steel plate and buckles, it is reliable in use.

The support arm can rotate 180^ , and the boom is flexible. This garage arm is easy to install and perfect for workshops, garages, shopping malls docks, and other related goods lifting scenes.

5. Installation Steps

Step 1- Install the wall mount onto the wall and secure it with the appropriate expansion screws. Use the right tools to ensure the support arm is firmly tightened. Please note that expansion screws are not in the package and need to be purchased by the customer separately! Warning: The wall shall meet the load requirements!

NOTE: The wall mount is not included in the package and needs to purchased by the customer separately.

Step 2- Install the "locking casting".

1. Install the bottom locking casting.

1. Install the top locking casting.

NOTE: Do not tighten the bolts until all parts are installed.

Step 3-Install the “rocker arm+extension arm+link rod”. Please make sure the bolts and nuts are tightened.

Step 4- Put the bearing into the shaft and insert the rocker arm into bottom locking casting pin, then install the washer and split pin. After installing the split pin, make sure to open the end of the pin to cor the split pin cannot fall out of the lock pin hole.

Step 5- Insert the link into the pin on the top locking casting, and install the split pin. After installing the split pin, make sure to open the pin to confirm that the split pin cannot fall out of the locking

Step 6 - After proper adjustment, lock all bolts and try to turn.

Step 7 - Install the Electric Hoist. Refer to the diagram below to change appropriate location and Electric Hoist for installation.

Location A: Load capacity: Max600kg, Arm: Max 700mm; Suitable for 2200lbs Electric Hoist

Location B: Load capacity: Max300kg, Arm: Max 1100m; Suitable for 440lbs-1800lbs Electric Hoist

6. Usage Guide

1. Unpack and check for any transit damage.
2. Please follow the instructions to limit the lifting capacity. The farther arrow indicates, the lower the lifting capacity.
3. Make sure to use the Fix rod on a stable surface and ensure st during operation.
