How to install the HD-10 welding positioner?

Install the device on a stable and flat surface. Connect the power cord to an outlet suitable for your version's voltage (120V or 230V). Secure the workpiece on the chuck and adjust the tilt using the lever.

How to adjust the rotation speed?

Use the potentiometer VR on the control panel to adjust the speed from 1 to 12 rpm. Turn clockwise to increase the speed.

How to use the control pedal?

Connect the pedal to the K4 connector (3 pins) on the back. Press the pedal to activate rotation; release to stop. The pedal allows precise hands-free control.

What to do if the motor does not turn?

First check the power supply and fuse. Make sure the K1 switch is in the on position. If the motor still does not turn, the motor or control board may be faulty. Contact technical support.

What is the maximum load capacity?

The horizontal load capacity is 10 kg and vertical load capacity is 5 kg. Do not exceed these limits to avoid damaging the device.

How to maintain the positioner?

Clean the table and moving parts regularly with a dry cloth. Check connections and lubricate the shafts if necessary. Store the device in a dry and dust-free place.

Is the positioner compatible with all chucks?

The recommended chuck is the K01-63 model. Other chucks of the same size may be used, but ensure they are compatible with the table diameter (205 mm).

How to reverse the rotation direction?

Use the K2 switch (forward/reverse) on the control panel. Toggle it to change the rotation direction of the table.

When you receive the equipment, check it against the shipping documents, M sure it is complete and inspect the equipment for possible damage during sh if there is any damage, notify the carrier immediately to file a claim.

Furnish complete information concerning damage claims or mistake(s) in shipm to Machinery Co., Ltd's Include the equipment identification number along with description of the parts in question.

Move the equipment to the installation site before uncrating the unit. Use car avoid damaging the equipment when using bars, hammers, etc. to uncrate the unit.
