What is the capacity of the FF-920 tank?

The tank has a capacity of 20 gallons (about 75.7 liters). Do not exceed this capacity to avoid overflow.

What types of fuel can I use with this tank?

The FF-920 is compatible with gasoline and diesel. It is not suitable for water, corrosive solvents or any other non-flammable liquid.

How to assemble the FF-920 tank?

Assembly requires installing the wheels, support leg, handle, pump and hose. Use the raw adhesive tape to seal threaded connections. Follow the manual steps: attach the wheels, support, pump with at least 5 turns of tape, then connect the hose and gauge.

How to purge air on first use?

After pouring fuel into the tank, pump manually to prime the pump. Observe the oil gauge: when the needle indicates the level, air is purged. If the pump does not discharge, check that the hose is properly connected and that the filter is not clogged.

Can I use this tank to transport fuel in a vehicle?

No, this product is designed only for on-site storage and transfer of fuel. It must not be used for transport in a vehicle or trailer. For transport, use approved jerry cans.

How to clean and maintain the tank?

After each use, empty the pump and hose by lifting the hose and turning the handle in the opposite direction. Regularly clean the filter and the oil gauge. If you change fuel type, rinse the tank with a clean cloth. Store in a dry place if not used for a long time.

What safety precautions should I take?

Fuels are extremely flammable. Keep the tank away from open flames, sparks and heat sources. Do not smoke nearby. Use the provided ground wire to dissipate static electricity. Do not modify the product. Wear protective equipment.

What to do if the pump does not pump?

Check that the tank contains enough fuel and that the hose is not bent or clogged. Ensure that the connections are tight (raw adhesive tape properly applied). If the problem persists, purge the air by pumping empty. Consult the manual or contact technical support.

Can I use this tank to store water?

No, the FF-920 is designed only for fuels (gasoline, diesel). Use with water or corrosive solvents would damage the pump and seals, and void the warranty.

GENERAL SAFETY RULES

When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following;

• This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experien and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruct concerning using the product by a person responsible for their safe
• Do not use this product for anything other than intended use.
• Wear proper protection equipment when installing or using this produ
• Ensure all fittings and threaded connections are tightened and leak-fr before operating.

A DANGER!

Fuels are extremely flammable. Keep away from heat sparks, and open flame.

• Do not use electronics or mobile communications devices such as mobile phones when pumping flammable liquids.
• Attach ground wire and bond containers that are being pumped from and into. Ground all containers to a known ground source to dissi static electricity before pumping liquids.
• Fuel vapors can explode. Harmful or fatal if swallowed. Avoid breath in fuel vapors.

• Do not smoke near or while using the fuel caddy.

• This product is intended for fuel transfer only and is not intended to used to transport fuel in any vehicle or trailer.

• Do not modify this product.

A WARNING! CAUTION! ATTENTION!

• Do not use this product for prop-longed fuel storage.
• Use a caddy for one type of fuel only to avoid possible damage
  • Monitor flow rate and fill level to prevent overflows and spills.
  • Always empty the pump and hose after using the caddy. Lift hose and turn the handle to the opposite direction to empty remaining liquid back into the caddy.
• Caution when filling the caddy through the fill tube. Monitor closely to prevent overflows or spills.

Never use the fuel caddy near open flames or heat sources.

ASSEMBLY

Step1: Install the fixed wheels. Screw the wheel shafts(13) into the fuel tank, ensure that the dimensions of both ends (L1 and L2) are the Fasten the wheel shaft with bolts(9).

Put the gasket(17) + wheel(3) + gasket(17)+ nut(18) in turn and lock

Step2: Install the front supporting foot(7) and screw the nuts(8).

Step3: Attach the pump handle to the oil pump.

Install the outlet pipe(5) at one end of the oil hose and lock it with clamp (12).

Step4: Wrap not less than 5 circles of raw tape on the outlet, then the pump(6) on the outlet.

NOTE: If the position of the handle is not where you want it to increase the number of winding laps of waterproof tape.

Step5: Lock the oil gauge(15) on the pump with the oil gauge fixing (14).

Step6: Insert the handle(2) into the tank at the appropriate position and lock with bolts M8*40(10) and nuts M8(8).

Step7: Wrap not less than 5 circles of raw tape on the hose fitting(screw it to the pump outlet; then attach the oil hose (4) to the hose fitting(16) and lock it with a hose clamp (12).

Step 8. The product is assembled and ready for use.

1. Connect the clipper of grounding wire to a good earthing terminal ensure user safety.
2. Put the oil into the caddy through the oil inlet. For the first time please eliminate air while noticing the measure shows.
3. Please do not add oil that is beyond the capacity. When the red reaches the highest limit, do not add oil anymore.
4. Please clean the measure and filter regularly.
5. This machine is suitable for gasoline, and diesel. But it is not sui water, or other corrosive solvents.
6. Operate the machine in a horizontal position, do not incline;
7. Keep away from fire.
8. For different types of oil, it is recommended to clean the tank best storing another type of oil.
9. If this product is not used for a long time, it is recommended to and store it in a cool and dry environment.
