I. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Use the machine carefully at all times. It is strictly forbidden to touch the heated plastic box. Children are not allowed to enter the studio to avoid scalding and accidents. Do not place hands or other items on the track to avoid scalding and accidents. Please pay attention to the following safety precautions in use and maintenance: stable placement, safe grounding, no overload, and correct use of power supply.

Place: The machine should be placed on dry, clean, and stable ground. The operation space should be suitable. It is strictly forbidden to place articles on the machine.

Power supply: Please use a stable power supply with grounding according to the value specified on the nameplate. Instability can cause the machine to run abnormally.

Grounding: For safety, please use a power socket with grounding. No disassembly: It is forbidden to disassemble, modify, or repair without permission. If there is a fault, please cut off the power supply and contact the local dealer. Before installing, debugging, and operating the machine, you must read the instructions. Master all operation requirements before use.

Cleaning and maintenance: Cut off the power supply before cleaning or maintaining the machine.

IV. OUT-OF-THE-BOX INSPECTION AND INSTALLATION

1. Open the outer package, remove the four packing bolts in the box, and place the machine on a solid and level ground.

Check the host and accessories:

(1) 1 host computer; (2) 1 manual; (3) Hot melt adhesive 200g; (4) toolkit.

Suggestion: Please keep the packing wooden case and plastic bag for second transportation.

1. When there is no problem after checking, you can enter the installation stage. Transport the machine to the pre-set workshop, pay attention to safety, smoothly transport the machine to the working room, place it on solid and flat ground, adjust the working position, and brake the caster brake. 3. Power on. Connect the power plug of the machine to the power supply correctly. Pay attention to whether the power of the wiring board matches the power of the machine, so as to avoid accidents, and turn on the switch of the machine. 4. Preheat. After turning on the power switch of the machine, the machine will automatically enter the preheating state. When the set temperature value is reached, it can enter the working state.

V. PARAMETER SETTINGS

1. Connect the power, turn on the power switch, click on "Settings", set the temperature to 155°C. Use "▲" and "▼" buttons to adjust heating temperature, then click "Confirm". The machine will start heating as shown in the figure below.
2. The red light above the digital tube indicates that the machine is heating up; when the green light is on, it means that the machine has reached the set temperature and can work normally.
3. Place the inner pages into the carriage and manually tighten the clamp. Place the cover on the cover platform, aligning the top with the positive block, aligning the midpoint with the triangular mark, and aligning the side of the cover with the cover positioning gauge.

4. Emergency Stop Switch: When the emergency stop switch is turned

reached, the green indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the glue is completely melted. At this point, the machine is ready for operation.

1. Manually move the carriage to the far right. Then, manually press the clamp lever to clamp the cover, and wait for about 3-5 seconds before releasing the lever.

Warning: Due to the slight odor emitted after the hot melt adhesive is melted, in order to maintain indoor air freshness, it is recommended to install an exhaust pipe to connect to the outdoors or to regularly ventilate the indoor air.

1. Daily Maintenance:

After the daily work is finished, the power switch should be turned off, and the main power supply should be disconnected. Clean any residual glue spilled on the surface around the glue tank.

Warning: Make sure to allow the temperature to cool down before performing any cleaning or maintenance tasks.

2. Monthly Maintenance:

After one month of use, in addition to regular daily and weekly maintenance, apply mechanical lubricating oil to all transmission parts, sprockets, chains, and check the tightening of various structural fasteners.
