Frequently Asked Questions - CB-101A Vevor

How to fill the tank with water?
Use the measuring cup and funnel provided. Open the safety cap (by turning the valve). Pour only clean water, between 0.5 and 1.2 L maximum. Never pour other liquids. Close the cap tightly before plugging in the appliance.
What to do if steam does not come out?
Check that the plug is properly plugged in, the switch is on, and the tank has water. Make sure you have pressed the steam button. If the child lock is activated, turn it to the right. Wait for the green light to turn on (5-6 min heating).
How to use the floor brush?
Attach the floor brush to the connector, then to the extension tube. Stick the white towel onto the brush (magic strips). For carpets, install the carpet pad on top. Pass steam while moving the appliance.
Can I clean windows with this appliance?
Yes, use the window brush with its scraper. Do not spray more than 2 seconds in the same spot. Avoid using it if the temperature is below 0 °C.
How to clean limescale in the boiler?
Add a small amount of water to the boiler, gently shake the machine, then empty the water. Repeat if necessary. This removes limescale deposits that block steam.
What to do if water drips from the nozzle?
This is normal during first use or after a long stop: condensation accumulates. Spray a few seconds into a container to expel water, then steam will be dry.
How to use the child lock?
Turn the child lock to the right for continuous flow without pressing the button. To stop, turn to the left. To lock the trigger, turn to the right in the stop position.
Can I use liquids other than water?
No, use only clean water. Other liquids can damage the appliance or create hazards. Never add detergents or chemicals.
How to store the appliance after use?
Turn off and unplug the appliance. Let it cool completely, then open the safety valve to drain remaining water. Clean the body with a dry cloth. Store in a dry, ventilated place.
What to do if steam comes out of the safety valve?
This indicates excessive pressure in the boiler. Immediately turn off the appliance, unplug it, and let it cool. Check that the valve is not clogged. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.
