How to install the lawn mower support on a concrete wall?

Drill holes of Φ12x50 mm, insert the expansion anchors, then fix the support frame with M10x40 bolts and M10 nuts. Then mount the support on the frame.

How to adjust the combination lock of the Vevor 6604 support?

Pull the shackle up to open, turn it 90° counterclockwise and press it fully. Dial your new code on the dials, then release the shackle. The factory code is 0-0-0.

What tools are needed to assemble the support?

Tools are not included. You will need wrenches for M8 and M10 bolts, a drill for concrete walls, and a screwdriver for self-tapping screws.

Can the support be mounted on the floor?

Yes, the support can be mounted on feet (floor mount) or on wall. The manual describes both methods.

How to maintain the support to prevent rust?

Check the screws every 2 months and tighten if necessary. If the paint is chipped, repaint the affected areas quickly with rust-proof paint.

What safety instructions should be followed?

Always wear safety goggles. Before drilling, check the location of brake lines and electrical wiring under the trailer.

Is the support compatible with all lawn mowers?

The support is suitable for lawn mowers with a weight per slot not exceeding 22 lb. Check the dimensions of your mower against the slot spacing.

How to attach the rope hook?

The rope hook is mounted at your chosen location using the R-pin, spring, large washer, M8x80 bolts, and M8 nuts. The rope is not included.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Always wear safety glasses when using power tools.

2. Check under the trailer and/or fender for locations of brake lines a electrical wiring etc., before drilling any holes. Any damage to the trade during installation is the installer's sole responsibility.

3. Due to the many different ways trailers are built, the hardware rec to attach the rack is not included and must be supplied by the user.

4. Prepare the tools required for the installation by yourself.

ASSEMBLY AND USE

NOTE: There are three application scene.

A: For the Open Trailer

B: Installation on Wooden Wall Post

Step 1: Install the support frame on the pole.

Step 2: Install the TRIMMER RACK as shown below.

C: Installation on Solid Concrete Walls

Step1: Drill holes(Φ12x50mm) into the wall. After clearing the residual in the hole, tap the expansion plug into the hole completely.

Step 2: Install the support frame on pole as same as FIG 4.

Step 3: Install the TRIMMER RACK as same as FIG 5.

D: Mounting the Rope Hook at the position which is suitable for you need.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CODED LOCK

The lock is opened at the original number 0-0-0, aligned with the ind line.(Even though dials may be positioned at different numbers.)

To set your personal combination, follow these steps:

1. Pull up the shackle to open the lock.

1. Rotate the shackle 90°counterclockwise and press all the way down (Note: Keep pressing until the password is changed.)

1. Set your own combination by turning dials.

Keep pressing until th password is changed.

1. Turn the shackle back as normal. Then the setting is completed.

MAINTENANCE

1. Do not overload.
2. Please check and confirm whether the screws are loose every two mo
3. If any part of the paint is broken, please repair the paint as soon possible to prevent rust.
