SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Always wear safety glasses when using power tools.

2. Check under the trailer and/or fender for locations of brake lines a electrical wiring etc., before drilling any holes. Any damage to the trade during installation is the installer's sole responsibility.

3. Due to the many different ways trailers are built, the hardware rec to attach the rack is not included and must be supplied by the user.

4. Prepare the tools required for the installation by yourself.

ASSEMBLY AND USE

NOTE: There are three application scene.

A: For the Open Trailer

Nut(M10) Bolt(M10*85)

B: Installation on Wooden Wall Post

Step 1: Install the support frame on the pole.

Step 2: Install the TRIMMER RACK as shown below.

C: Installation on Solid Concrete Walls

Step1: Drill holes(Φ12x50mm) into the wall. After clearing the residual in the hole, tap the expansion plug into the hole completely.

Step 2: Install the support frame on pole as same as FIG 4.

Step 3: Install the TRIMMER RACK as same as FIG 5.

D: Mounting the Rope Hook at the position which is suitable for you need.

R-pin Spring Large Gasket Bolt(M8*80) Rubber Gasket Nut(M8) Rope( Not included)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CODED LOCK

The lock is opened at the original number 0-0-0, aligned with the ind line.(Even though dials may be positioned at different numbers.)

Shackle

To set your personal combination, follow these steps:

1. Pull up the shackle to open the lock.

1. Rotate the shackle 90°counterclockwise and press all the way down (Note: Keep pressing until the password is changed.)

Align the slots and press do

1. Set your own combination by turning dials.

Keep pressing until th password is changed.

1. Turn the shackle back as normal. Then the setting is completed.

MAINTENANCE

1. Do not overload.
2. Please check and confirm whether the screws are loose every two mo
3. If any part of the paint is broken, please repair the paint as soon possible to prevent rust.
