Installation Steps

Step (1)

Prepare accessories:⑩ rope pulley X211 wooden pole X213 8X50 knob screw X4, ⑱ stainless steel large gasket X4.

(1: First⑪ align the hole on the wooden pole with the reserved hole on the bed frame, ⑬ put a⑱ large stainless steel gasket on the 8X50 knob screw, then align it with ⑪ the hole on the wooden pole, and ro⑬ the 8X50 knob screw to tighten it. (Note: Do not tighten the 8X50 knob screw first, screw ⑪ 4X50 knob screws into the holes, and then tighten them to prevent the holes from being misaligned.)

(2: First⑩ unscrew the knob nut on the rope pulley, then take down a large stainless steel gasket, and then insert it into the long groove in the middle of the wooden pole, and then install the removed stainless steel gasket and knob nut.

Prepare accessories:④ M8 lifting ring X2⑤ hook strap X1⑥ mobile stand X2,

⑯ 8X45 stainless steel screws X15 M8 anti-loosening nut X13 8X40 knob

screw X2

(1: ④ Screw the M8 lifting ring into the reserved holes on both sides and tighten it clockwise.

(2: ⑤ Hang the hook with the safety buckle on the M8 lifting ring.

(3: ⑬ Screw the 8X40 knob screw into the reserved hole in the middle. (4: ⑥ Align the hole on the moving wheel frame with the hole under the bed frame, use ⑯ 8X45 stainless steel screws to pass through from the outside to the inside, and ⑮ tighten the inside with M8 anti-loosening nu⑳ (A 13-16 open-end wrench and ㉑ an M5 hexagonal wrench are required for tightening)

Step (3)

Prepare accessories:⑧ shoulder pillow X2,⑭ 8X16 knob screw X2⑧ stainless steel large gasket X2② M8 spring washer X2

Align ⑧ the shoulder pillow with the square hole on the shoulder pillow block on the skateboard, and insert it from top to bottom. There is a reserved hole on the shoulder pillow. Align the 8X16 knob screw below the shoulder pillow with the reserved hole on the shoulder pillow to tighten ⑭ The 8X16 knob screw has an ② M8 spring washer and ⑧ a large stainless steel washer)

Prepare accessories⑨ bakelite handrails X2.

There are two round holes on the shoulder pillow with nuts inside. Just align them with the holes and screw them in.

Step (5)

Prepare accessories⑰ - double-layer pull straps x⑲ pull ropes x2,

Use ⑲ the tension rope to pass through the wheel of the rope pulley from top to bottom ⑩ , then pull it toward the skateboard, and pass it through the hump hook, rope clamp, and hump hook on the skateboard in the direction of the arrow in the picture.

Prepare accessories:③ springboard x1,

When using a springboard, first insert it into the slot at the head of the bed, and then move the handlebars behind the springboard to prevent damage to the springboard during use.

After the springboard is inserted into the ①t, tighten it clockwise with the 8X40 knob screw to hold the springboard in place.

The foot pedal is used as shown in the figure the springboard and the foot pedal share a slot and can be replaced alternately. The foot pedal needs to be put into the slot and ⑬ tightened clockwise with the 8X40 knob screw to ⑭ the foot pedal.
