Power Attention
- Ensure that the product is connected to the ground wire and that the grounding power supply line is in good condition.
- Ensure that the work table is connected to the grounding device.
- To prevent the operator from touching the metal parts to be welded without protection or while wearing wet clothing.
- Avoid contact with the weld area.
- Do not spot weld on very wet or damp ground.
- Do not use worn or broken cables for welding. Check whether the cable
has insulation defects or exposed copper wire, whether the connections are secure, and whether there is water leakage or other unsafe conditions.
- Turn off the machine before replacing the wire.
- Turn off the machine and disconnect the power supply before all inspections and maintenance.
Eye and Body Protection:
- The operator should wear protective clothing to prevent injury from molten metal splashes during welding, such as leather gloves, a leather apron, safety masks, or protective glasses.
- At the same time, the eyes should be protected during polishing and hammering.
- Do not wear rings, watches, jewelry, or other conductive materials, as they pose a risk of causing serious burns.

- Start the machine and turn on the potentiometer. The initial indicator "0" and the standby mode is Tool 2" round meson pad.
- Different modes are selected by adjusting the potentiometer:
* Adjust triangle plate: sheet tension welding. * Adjust wave wire: wave line welding, suitable for bending flat welding * Adjust flattening: remove the bump by pressing.
* Adjust carbon rod: carbon rod shrinking (fire reduction).
- Rotating the potentiometer changes the power level according to demand.

PL-80M
Adjust the "Carbon Rod" function by the function switch on the panel. Use the potentiometer to adjust power; different rotation angles correspond to different power levels.
2-How to operate:
Follow process:
Connect the earth clamp of the generator to the sheet metal to be straightened and follow the instructions below:
Connect it as close as possible to the place to be welded.
Do NOT connect it to a different part of the car body.
Ensure the metal has been properly stripped at the connection point.

Automatic Pulse System
This machine is equipped with an automatic pulse system with automatic pulse function. For full contact welding tools and steel plate, the host automatically detects the power link, then generates a point in 2 seconds, changes to programming welding mode, solid welding and joint, smaller point, reduces the degree of carbonation, and improves work efficiency.
Safety Regulations and General Considerations
