WARNING

Do not use this device for any purpose other than that for which it is expressed intended

• Read, understand, and follow all instructions before operating this device.
• Do not exceed rated capacity. Rated capacity is 330 lbs. (includes user, to equipment and personal items)
• Sit down gently. Avoid shock loads caused by jumping or falling onto seat.
• Do not stand on seat.
• Beware of pinch and crush hazards when folding and unfolding.
• Keep out of the each of children! This device is not appropriate for children
• Use only on hard, level surface capable of supporting the load.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Install the base on the iron plate on the creeper in the direction and lock it tightly with screws.

1. Assemble the regulating rod and the regulating rod support together with the pull ring latch as shown, and confirm that the latch passes through the inner and outer tubes.

1. As shown, assemble the assembled adjusting rod assembly on the support frame, and lock the screw through the hole with gasket and anti-loose nut.

1. Assemble the assembled adjustment bracket assembly on the base as shown, and lock the outer hexagon screw through the hole of the base with gasket and M8 anti-loose nut.

1. By adjusting the position of the pull ring latch, adjust the height, carefully clamp the hand. Note that this product must have the creeper in a horizontal state, otherwise there is a risk of tipping.

1. Insert the pull out card of the pull ring latch into the base as sh so that the adjustment support assembly can be laid flat for convenience.
