Reception and unpacking
Any damage due to transport must be reported to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within 24 hours of receiving your appliance. You must also note your reserves on the carrier's delivery note, describing in detail the damage noted on delivery.
General rules applicable to electrical equipment
When using electrical appliances, safety precautions must always be taken:
Read all the instructions carefully.
- This appliance is intended for collective use, for example in the kitchens of restaurants, canteens, hospitals and craft businesses, such as bakeries, butchers, etc., but not for continuous mass production of food.
- This appliance cannot be used by children. Children are not allowed to play with this appliance. Cleaning and maintenance of the appliance must not be done by children.
- This device can't be used by persons whose physical, sensorial or mental capacities are impaired or by people with no experience or knowledge if they have been supervised or given training in the use of the appliance beforehand by a person responsible for their safety. Close supervision is necessary when an appliance is used in presence of children.
- WARNING: This appliance shall not be installed where the public has access.
- This appliance is not intended to be used by laymen in household and similar applications such as staff kitchen
areas in shops, offices and other working environments, farm houses, hotels, motels and other residential type environments, bed and breakfast type environments.
- The appliance must never be left without supervision during use.
- Do not use the appliance for anything other than the purpose which is described.
- There is a risk of accidents if accessories are used that are not recommended by the manufacturer of the appliance.
The appliance must be earthed. - The appliance must be connected to the mains by means of a residual (differential) current device with a rated residual operating current of 30mA maximum.
- Caution: Do not use this device with wood or coal to other energy source than that for which it provides (electrical energy).
- This appliance must be used in an environment not exceeding a temperature of 40^ .
- Do not put the appliance or its cable on or near a hot surface (electric hotplate, hot gas burner, heated oven etc).
- Place the appliance on a dry and stable surface, and slightly back from the edge and at least 20~cm from any wall or element liable to be affected by heat.
- It is recommended to examine the power supply cable regularly in order to detect any signs of deterioration.

Do not connect nor use any appliance with a damaged plug or cable. If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its after-sales service or a similar qualified person to avoid any danger.

The appliance is not designed to be switched on by an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- If you need to use an extension lead, take care to unwind the whole length in order to avoid the cable overheating.
- Always connect or disconnect the cable to the power socket with the setting knob set at a minimum and 'off' position.
- In order to avoid electric shocks, do not immerse the cable, socket or body of the appliance in water or any other liquid. Do not handle with wet hands either.
- Operate the appliance with clean hands.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter.
- Disconnect the plug when the appliance is not in use or before cleaning.
- Do not use our bottles in microwave ovens.
- Do not operate the appliance with empty bottles in it.
- Only use bottles which have been tested and approved by Krampouz.
- The appliance must not be cleaned with a high or low-pressure jet.
- Do not handle the appliance while hot.
- Do not touch the hot surfaces.
- Leave the appliance to cool prior to handling or cleaning it.
- Do not use chlorinated products for cleaning stainless steel
In case of failure, the examination and repair should be performed by a qualified technician. -
All maintenance must be performed by a qualified technician.
This device is prohibited outside. -

Technical description
The electric Topping warmer keeps your sweet or savoury preparations warm for quick and easy garnishing of your dishes. 1 L bottle(s) with a 3 spouts lead are delivered with the electric Topping warmer.

This appliance complies with the EC standards.
Installation
Work surface
Choose an easy-to-clean work surface on which to install the appliance. The appliance must be at least 20cm from any vertical surfaces that are not heat-resistant. To ensure maximum ease of use, the appliance should be between 85 and 95cm from the ground.
If this appliance is to be placed very close to a wall, partition, kitchen cabinet, decorative borders, etc., it is recommended that these be made of a non-combustible material; If this is not the case, they must be covered with an appropriate material, thermal insulating and non-combustible, special attention being paid to fire prevention regulations.
Electrical connection
The appliance must be connected to the single phase 240 V network using a 16 A two-pin plug with earth pin. They are delivered with a power cable, type HO7RNF 3 conductors (phase + neutral + earth), cross-section 1.5mm^2
Using
Before the first use, clean the bottle with soapy water.
This appliance is not an electric bain marie. Do not use it with water. The appliance will not be guaranteed if there are damages due to water using.
Never put the food straight from the pot. A Krampouz bottle should be used (code: ABM2).
Krampouz advices for using topping warmer
Turn control button on 90^ and preheat Topping warmer for 15 minutes, without the bottle.
Be sure to pour into the ABM2 bottle only the amount of preparation necessary to ensure a service of two hours maximum.
Turn the control button between 50 and 60^ maximum to keep warm then insert the bottle inside the topping warmer.
For the ABM2/ABM4 bottle :
Maximum usage temperature: 60^
Maximum heating time at 60^ 2 hours
Store your preparation in the bottle for up to ten days at room temperature. After storage, empty the contents from the bottle, disassemble and clean each part in soapy water.
Recipe
HOME MADE CHOCOLATE
Prep time : 10 mins
Cook time : 5/10 mins
Ingredients :
- 250 gr semisweet dark chocolate bars (finely chopped) or melting chocolate chips or buttons
- 200 gr liquid fresh cream
- 20 gr butter.
Directions:
Heat the fresh cream in a saucepan or in the microwave.
When the cream has come to a boil, remove from heat and pour over the chopped chocolate and stir until chocolate has all melted
Add a knob of butter and whisk until smooth.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Before cleaning your appliance, unplug it and let the plates cool down.
Read the general rules applicable to electrical equipment before any action on the appliance.
Clean the frame with a sponge dipped in warm water and liquid detergent unchlorinated.
Never use abrasive products or metallic brushes.
Never clean the appliance by immersing in water or using a water jet.
Clean the bottles in warm water with non-chlorinated liquid detergent and a brush.
The bottles can be cleaned in a dishwasher under the condition that the inner temperature of the dishwasher does not exceed 60^ .
Storage
We advise you to store your appliance in a dry and clean place.
This appliance is guaranteed for one year on spare parts.
We pay great attention to ensuring that each of our appliances reaches the user in perfect operating condition. If you do find a problem when unpacking your appliance, please report it to the shop within 48 hours.
If you are confronted with faulty operation during the guarantee period, please contact your dealer.
The following are not covered by the guarantee:
1- Normal wear of the product that does not affect operation of the appliance (scratches, impacts, change of color, etc.).
2- Damage caused by abnormal events or use, modification of the product or not following the instructions for use.
3- Damage resulting from a fall or impact.
