How to connect my smartphone via Bluetooth?

Turn on the speaker and press the MODE button until Bluetooth mode is selected. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone and search for devices. Select IBIZA-PORT from the list. The connection is automatic.

How to use the TWS function for stereo sound?

To pair two SLK-A-TWS speakers: First turn off Bluetooth on your smartphone. Turn on both speakers and put them in Bluetooth mode. Press and hold the TWS button on the main speaker for 3 seconds. After a few seconds, one speaker becomes the right channel, the other the left. Then activate Bluetooth on your smartphone and connect to IBIZA-PORT.

How to record music to USB flash drive or SD card?

Disconnect the speaker from your Bluetooth device. Insert a USB flash drive or SD card (the speaker automatically switches to USB/SD mode). Then connect the speaker via Bluetooth to your audio source. Briefly press the REC button to start recording voice and music. Press again to stop. Press and hold REC to play the recorded file.

Can I use a microphone with this speaker?

Yes, you can plug one or two microphones into the MIC inputs (jack). Set the selector to MIC. Use the microphone volume knob (10) and the echo control to adjust the sound.

How to play a file from a USB flash drive or SD card?

Insert the USB flash drive or SD card into the corresponding ports. Select USB mode with the MODE button. Use the ◀ and ▶ buttons to choose a track, then press ▶|| to start playback.

What does the SonicGuard circuit mean?

The SonicGuard is a protection circuit that protects the tweeter from exceptional over-power. It slightly compresses the signal inaudibly to divert excess power, thus preventing damage to the speaker.

How to change the remote control batteries?

The remote control contains a coin cell battery. Open the battery compartment, remove the old battery and insert a new battery of the same type, respecting polarity. Warning: danger of explosion if incorrectly replaced. Keep batteries out of reach of children.

What equalizer settings are available?

Press the EQ button to cycle through preset modes: Rock, Pop, Jazz, Classical, Flat. You can also manually adjust treble and bass with the corresponding knobs on the back.

How to use the line input?

Connect an audio source (CD player, etc.) to the RCA LINE IN jacks or to the LINE/MIC jack. Switch the selector to LINE if using the line inputs. Adjust the volume with the main volume knob.

What is the maximum power of the speaker?

The maximum power is 800 W for the SLK15A-TWS model. The power supply must be 220-240V~ 50/60Hz.

SONIC GUARD

The boxes of the SLKA-TWS series contain Sonic Guard circuitry that protects the tweeter against damages due to exceptional power peaks from the system. Sonic Guard compresses slightly the signal en deviates the excess power from the compression driver.

OPERATION

Prior to switching the unit on, turn down the volume to the minimum.

Plug the supplied mains lead into the AC input socket on the rear side. Make sure that the supplied mains voltage is 220-240V\~50Hz/60Hz. Set the I/O switch on the rear panel to "I". The switch and the blue LED on the front panel light up. Insert an SD card or USB stick in the appropriate slot. The LCD lights up. Make the settings according to your requirements via the controls on the rear panel or the supplied remote control.

PLAY MP3/WMA MUSIC

1. Switch on power. The LED indicator (19) lights up.
2. Insert a USB stick (2) or an SD card (3) into the relevant input
3. Select USB via the MODE button (4)
4. Select a title via the ◀ or ▶ (6) buttons and press ▶ || (8)

1. Insert an RCA plug into the LINE IN sockets (17) or a jack plug into the LINE/MIC inputs (16).
2. Switch the LINE/MIC selector switch (15) to LINE if you use the LINE inputs, or to MIC if you use the MIC inputs
3. Adjust the volume (10)

MIC INPUTS

If you connect one or two microphones to the MIC inputs (16), set the selector switch (15) to MIC.

Control the microphone volume with volume control (10).

REC FUNCTION

Disconnect the speakerbox from your Bluetooth device. Insert a USB stick or SD card. The speaker will automatically switch into USB/SD mode. Connect now the speakerbox to your Bluetooth device and start playing your music. Short press the REC button to record your voice and the music on the inserted USB stick or SD card. Press again to stop recording. Keep the REC button pressed to play the recorded file.

USE OF THE BLUETOOTH FUNCTION

1. Press the MODE button until BLUETOOTH displays. The BLUETOOTH function is now activated.
2. Activate the Bluetooth function on your smartphone or any other tablet PC.
3. The product appears under the name « IBIZA-PORT » and is ready to be connected to your equipment.
4. Now play your music via the portable sound system. Set the volume via the Master volume button.
5. Don't set the volume of pour smartphone or tablet PC too high. Do not exceed 34 of the total volume to avoid distortion.

TWS FUNCTION

This function allows to pair 2 units of the SLK-A-TWS range with 1 single Bluetooth source to enjoy wireless stereo sound.

1. Turn off the Bluetooth feature on your smartphone (only for the 1. pairing, after that you don't need to switch off your smartphone anymore).
2. Switch on both speakers and press the MODE button to set both speakers into Bluetooth mode.
3. Keep the TWS button on one of the speakers (master speaker) pressed for 3 seconds.
4. After a few seconds, one speaker will be the right channel and the other speaker the left channel.
5. Activate the Bluetooth function of your smartphone and select IBIZA-PORT in the list of found devices. Now the master speaker is connected to your Bluetooth source. After that, you can use any mode to play music in TWS mode.

ENTER: Once you have made your selection, press ENTER to confirm.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE BATTERY IN THE REMOTE CONTROL

This symbol indicates that used batteries should not be disposed of with household waste but deposited in separate collection points for recycling.

ATTENTION: Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly placed. Only replace by the same or equivalent type.

WARNING: Do not swallow the battery. Danger of chemical burns.

The supplied remote control contains a button cell. In case of ingestion, it might cause serious internal burns within only 2 hours that might lead to death. Keep new and old batteries out of the reach of children.

If the battery compartment doesn't close properly, stop using the product and keep it out of the reach of children.

If you are in doubt whether the batteries have been swallowed or introduced into any other part of the body, contact immediately a doctor.

CARE

Before cleaning the unit, disconnect it from the mains. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents. Use a clean cloth to wipe any dust or dirt from the product. We are not liable for damage arising from incorrect handling, improper use or wear and tear. We reserve the right to make technical changes.
