USER MANUAL

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

General safety information for the use of electrical devices. To avoid any risk of injury from fire or electric shock, please follow the basic safety instructions when using this device. Please read the instructions carefully and make sure that you have understood them well. Keep the manual near the equipment to be able to read it at any time. Always use current sources connected to the ground that provide the correct voltage (indicated on the label on the device), if you have any doubts let an electrician check that the connection is properly grounded. Never use a defective power cable. Do not open the unit in damp or wet environment, or if your hands or body arc damp or wet Protect the unit from solar radiation.   17. ATTENTION! Pay special attention not to damage the elements of coolant circuit.
  18. ATTENTION! Do not use any electrical appliances inside the chamber of the appliance which serves to store food.
  19. ATTENTION! The appliance in its design contains flammable gases serving for insulation. For this reason at the end of its service life the appliance should be handed over for disposal by professionals.
  20. ATTENTION: The plug of the appliance should be connected to the socket in a place enabling its easy and quick disconnection.
  21. ATTENTION! Installation of the appliance must be carried out by a qualified person.
  22. Children may not play with the appliance.
  23. It is not allowed to store potentially explosive substances in the appliance, e.g., cans containing compressed flammable gas.
  24. Do not use malfunctioning or damaged device.
  25. Parts or accessories not recommended by the manufacturer cannot be used in the device. The act of using parts not recommended by the manufacturer, resulting in loss of warranty and can lead to a direct threat to the life or health of the user.
  26. It is forbidden to move, adjusting and rotating the device in the course of work.
  27. It is forbidden to place the device on a combustible surface.
  28. It is forbidden to place the device near an open flame, electric stoves, coal stoves or other heat sources, as well as near direct sunlight. High temperatures can damage the cooling capacity and rise the consumption of electricity.
  29. The device must not be connected to the outlet other than wall-mounted socket, do not use a multiple outlet adapter or multiple sockets.

  30. In case the power supply is cut off from the appliance it is necessary to wait about 5 minutes before reconnecting the appliance to the electricity in order to avoid damage to the appliance.

  31. Do not expose the device to rain.

  32. Do not place any containers with liquids that can freeze in the freezer.

SCOPE OF THE APPLICATION

The chillers are designed for refrigerating and storing food. The freezers are intended for freezing and frozen storage of food.

The user is liable for any damage resulting from nonintended use of the device!

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for defects and open the packaging if there are no damages. If the packaging is damaged, please contact your transport company and distributor within 3 days, and document the damages as detailed as possible. Do not turn the package upside down! When transporting the package, please ensure that it is kept horizontal and stable.

DISPOSING OF THE PACKAGING

Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes and Styrofoam), so that in case of a problem, the device can be sent back to the service centre in accurate condition!

GENERAL HINTS FOR THE USER

The appliance must be cleaned after unpacking and before its connection to the power supply network. Once the appliance has reached the set temperature, it can be filled. It is forbidden to fill the appliance with warm liquids and food and any food products put into the appliance should be covered. Food products and drinks should be stored in sealed airtight containers. In order to ensure adequate air circulation inside the appliance it is recommended to place products be in such a manner in order to maintain distance between them. If the door is opened too often, there is increased energy consumption, which could lead to possible damage. Maximum loading of a single shelf 30 kg. Always close the door of the appliance when it is not in use. Do not use screwdrivers or other metal tools in order to remove ice layers that are formed on the walls of the appliance during its use. In case of you do not use the appliance for a longer time, in order to save electricity, it is necessary to disconnect the cleaned appliance from the electricity to clean and leave the door open in order to prevent gathering of unpleasant odours inside the appliance.

All models come with two wheels in the rear part of the device to facilitate moving to another position.

INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY OF THE APPLIANCE Always carry and transport the device in an upright position. Grab by the base. If the device was stored or transported in a position other than its working position, before use stand the device in the correct position for 12h. If there are any doubts, let it stand for the required period of time.

CAUTION! Correct connection of the device to the single socket with earth is the guarantee of proper work. In the case of inappropriate installation, the machine may cause injury. Place the appliance on a flat, stable surface that will withstand its weight together with its contents. In order to provide adequate ventilation, keep at least 20 cm of space between the appliance and the wall or other objects. Poor ventilation caused by insufficient space around the device may adversely impact the refrigeration process and reduce fridge lifetime.

First start up.

  1. Unpack the whole appliance.

  2. Make sure that no packing material has been left in the compressor chamber.

  3. Remove all documents and other accessories from the inside of the appliance.

  4. Install all additional components of the appliance.

  5. Set the height and level the device.

  6. Clean and dry the interior

  7. Close the door of the appliance.

  8. Connect the appliance plug to the socket.

  9. Set refrigeration according to requirements.

  10. Load the device once the pre-set temperature has been reached.

Height adjustment / levelling

In order to adjust the height or level of the chiller, it is necessary to unscrew or screw in the feet of the appliance.

FITTING SHELVES

  1. Align one set of shelf brackets on each side of the interior at the required height.

  2. Slide shelf into place

  3. Repeat for the remaining shelves.

SWITCHING THE DEVICE ON

Models RCGK-W200, RCKG-W400, RCLK-F590-G, RCLK F590GB, RCLK F380G, RCLK F380GB, RCLK C590GB

  1. Close the appliance door

  2. Make sure that the backlight on/off button is set to "O" and plug the appliance power cord into a mains outlet.

  3. The appliance will start. See the control panel settings further in this manual.

  4. You can turn the appliance backlight on and off with the backlight on/off button

RCLK-W600 model

  1. Close device doors.

  2. The device will start automatically once connected to a POWER SOURCE

The device will start refrigerating to the set temperature and will regularly run a defrost a few times a day depending on controller settings (usually every 4 hours).

DEFROSTING

AUTOMATIC DEEROST

The device shall require a defrost if internal ice build-up occurs. This may happen due to too frequent opening of the doors for long periods. The device automatically activates its auto defrost cycle every four hours. To manually activate defrost.

MANUAL DEFROST

Press and hold down the button for at least 5 seconds – defrost will start and an appropriate message will appear in the display. Defrost takes a maximum of 30 minutes. ATTENTION: Manual defrost resets the automatic defrost schedule. The next automatic defrost will start 4 hours after manual defrost ends.

ATTENTION! Do not use electrical devices (such as a hair dryer) or open fire to defrost the device. Plastic elements of the interior may melt and a spark or flame may ignite the fumes.   1. Briefly press the SET button and the current setting will be displayed.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

During transport, the machine should be protected from shaking, falling and turning upside down. Store it in a properly ventilated place with dry air and without any corrosive gas.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

It is recommended to wash the appliance regularly. Before start of cleaning of the appliance or before performance of any repair or maintenance work, it is necessary to disconnect the appliance from the power supply and wait until it has cooled down. Do not use for washing any caustic cleaners, such as cleaning powders, agents with alcohol content, thinners, diluents, etc., and do not allow water to enter the appliance interior. Never immerse the appliance, cord or plug in water or any other liquid. It is forbidden to clean the device with a water jet. The interior of the device should be cleaned with a disinfectant suitable for the food industry. To clean, use a damp, soft cloth and then dry thoroughly. Dry the surface with a soft, dry cloth. The following actions should be taken if the machine is not used for a long period of time. Disconnect the appliance completely from the power supply and remove all food products from it. Then wash the entire appliance with a damp, soft cloth and mild cleaning agent, rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly, for some time leave the door open, so that the appliance will be completely dry. From time to time, check that the cable is not damaged. Do not use the appliance if the cable is damaged. A damaged cable must be replaced by a service or a qualified electrician. In the event of damage or malfunction, please contact your dealer or our service. Maintenance and repair work must be done only by qualified personnel using original spare parts and accessories. Attempts to make repairs on your own can lead to a direct threat to life or health, and will void the warranty!
