Frequently Asked Questions - ERMMM6-01B ErgoAV

Is the mount compatible with a curved TV?
Yes, the mount is compatible with curved TVs. Use the appropriate spacers (F1, F2, F3) to prevent the curvature from interfering with the mounting plate. Refer to Option B in the manual.
What is the maximum weight capacity of this mount?
The maximum weight is not explicitly stated in the manual. Please contact technical support at (877) 419-7832 or support@ergoav.com for this information to ensure safe installation.
Can I install this mount on drywall alone?
No, the mount must not be installed on drywall alone. It must be attached to wood studs or a solid concrete wall. Installation on drywall alone may cause instability and injury.
How do I adjust the tilt of the TV?
Tilt is adjusted by turning the tension knob (IsoTILT) located on the arm. Turn clockwise to increase tension (heavier TV) and counterclockwise to decrease it (lighter TV). Tilt can be adjusted from -15° to +5°.
What VESA patterns are compatible with this mount?
The mount is compatible with VESA patterns from 100x100 mm to 400x400 mm (width x height). If your TV has a pattern smaller than 100x100 mm or larger than 400x400 mm, the mount is not compatible.
Is the mount suitable for TVs with recessed mounting holes?
Yes, use spacers (parts F1, F2, F3) to fill recessed holes so that the TV brackets are as close as possible to the TV. Refer to Option E in the manual.
How do I manage cables with this mount?
Slide the cover to remove it, then route the cables through the arm as shown in the manual. Replace the cover for a clean cable management look.
What if I don't have the necessary tools for installation?
Tools not included: stud finder, drill, drill bits (7/32 inch for wood, 3/8 inch for concrete), 1/2 inch socket wrench, level, pencil, and hammer drill for concrete. You must obtain these tools before installation.
How do I know if my wall is suitable for this mount?
Check your wall construction: it must be wood studs (with drywall) or solid concrete. Use a stud finder or hammer to locate studs. The wall must support four times the combined weight of the TV and mount.
Is there a warranty on the product?
The manual does not mention a specific warranty. For warranty inquiries, please contact customer service at (877) 419-7832 or support@ergoav.com.
