GENERAL SAFETY CONDITIONS IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

  1. Before using the device, read the instruction manual and follow the instructions contained therein. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by using the device contrary to its intended use or improper operation.
  2. The device is for domestic use only. Do not use for other purposes incompatible with its intended use.
  3. Connect the device only to a grounded outlet 220-240V \~ 50/60 Hz.

In order to increase the safety of use, do not connect multiple electrical appliances to a single circuit at the same time.

  1. Be especially careful when using the device when children are around. Do not allow children to play with the appliance do not allow children or persons unfamiliar with the appliance to use it.

  2. WARNING: This equipment may be used by children over 8 years of age and persons with limited physical, sensory or mental ability, or persons without experience or familiarity with the equipment, if it is done under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety or they have been given instructions on the safe use of the equipment and are aware of the dangers associated with its use.   9. Periodically check the condition of the power cord. If the power cord is damaged, the equipment must not be used. A damaged cord should be replaced by a specialized repair facility to avoid danger.

  10. Do not use the equipment with a damaged power cord or if it has been dropped or damaged in any other way or is not working properly. Do not repair the device yourself, as there is a risk of electrocution. Return a damaged device to a competent service center for inspection or repair. All repairs may be made only by authorized service centers. Improper repair may cause serious danger to the user.

  11. Place the appliance on a cool stable, level surface, away from hot kitchen appliances such as electric stove, gas burner, etc..

  12. The power cord must not hang over the edge of the table or touch hot surfaces.
  13. To provide additional protection, it is advisable to install in the electrical circuit, a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual current of not more than 30 mA. In this regard, consult a specialist electrician.
  14. Do not allow the motor part of the device to get wet.
  15. Place the appliance on a level, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials (curtains, drapes, wallpaper, etc.). To ensure proper air circulation, keep at least 10 cm of free space on each side of the appliance and at least 30 cm above the oven. Do not cover the oven vents, as this may cause overheating and damage to the appliance.
  16. Do not touch the hot surfaces of the appliance (door, top or bottom wall, and sides). Use protective gloves to remove or touch any hot parts.
  17. The power cord should not be laid over the oven, and should not touch or lie near hot surfaces. Do not place the oven under an electrical outlet.
  18. Do not put portions occupying the entire volume of the oven, as this may cause fire and damage to the appliance.
  19. After finishing baking or before cleaning the appliance, unplug the power cord from the outlet and leave it to cool down. Be sure to wait long enough, as a heated oven cools down very slowly.
  20. Clean the appliance after each use.
  21. Do not use aggressive detergents in the form of emulsions, lotions, pastes, etc. to clean the housing, as they may, among other things, remove the applied

informative graphic symbols such as graduations, markings, warning signs, etc.

  1. Do not use metal wire cutters for cleaning. Broken fragments of wire cutters, may come into contact with electrical parts, posing a risk of electrical shock.
  2. The equipment is not designed to operate with external timers or a separate remote control system.
  3. Due to the high temperature, special care should be taken when removing baked food, removing hot fat or other hot liquids.
  4. Do not place the unit under kitchen cabinets due to rising heat and steam.
  5. Do not wash metal parts in dishwashers, as the aggressive agents used in these devices cause the above-mentioned parts to darken. It is recommended to wash them by hand, using traditional dishwashing liquids.
  6. To avoid overheating the oven, do not cover the device.
  7. Do not store anything in the oven except accessories belonging to this appliance.
  8. Do not use the oven with the door open.

NOTE: The formation of odor and smoke when first used is normal. It is not a defect.

Before first use

Remove the packaging and any stickers and accessories that are on the outside and inside the device,

  1. Place the device keeping the spaces described in point. 20.
  2. Wash and dry the baking sheet (6), the grate (7) and the crumb tray (8). Connect the appliance.

  3. When using for the first time, leave the appliance on for 30 minutes at the highest temperature, empty with the door closed (4). It is recommended that the appliance get rid of any residual oil from the manufacturing process. During this time, the device may emit
    a small amount of smoke. This is a normal phenomenon

  4. Ventilate the room adequately. Clean the unit according to the "Cleaning" section of this manual.

Use:

  1. Place the unit maintaining the clearances described in para. 20.
  2. Adjust the temperature by turning the temperature knob (9) from 100 to 230 degrees Celsius, according to the recipe and your own cooking experience.
  3. Choose one of the 3 available heating methods: by turning the knob (11) to the appropriate position:

11a. - Upper heating element

11b. - Lower heating element

11c. - Upper and lower heating element

  1. Place the grate (7) on the guides (3) in the oven. You can place a baking sheet (6) on the grate. If you use your own food container, place it on the grate (7).

Slide the crumb tray (8) under the lower heaters (fig.1)

  1. Close the glass oven door (4).

  2. Turn the timer knob (10) clockwise to set the baking time from 0 to 60 minutes.

!!! NOTE: The appliance will not operate without turning the timer knob (10) from the zero "OFF" position to the desired baking time and without turning the knob (11) from the "OFF" position to the desired heating method.

  1. The power lamp (2) will light up.

  2. Regularly check the food being prepared for proper baking.

  3. When the baking time has elapsed, turn all knobs to the zero "OFF" position. Unplug the appliance.

  4. With special care, remove the prepared food with heat-resistant oven gloves to protect yourself from the high temperature of the appliance surface.

  5. To turn the appliance off early, turn the timer knob (10) to the 0 position, and the knob (11) to the "OFF" position

Cleaning and maintenance

  1. Clean the appliance after each use. This will easily remove food residue and prevent it from burning the next time you use it.
  2. Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning. Start cleaning after making sure the device has cooled completely.
  3. Clean the appliance inside and out with a soft, damp cloth.
  4. Use liquid cleaners that do not contain lumps. Do not use acidic, thinner, flammable and abrasive (detergent powder) agents. Do not use wire sponges for cleaning. Do not use steam cleaning products for cleaning. Trays and accessories can be washed with warm water and liquid dishwashing detergent. It is recommended to clean acidic substances such as oil spills, lemon, etc. immediately.
  5. Clean and dry the oven housing and knobs with a damp cloth. Do not remove the knobs to clean the control panel.
  6. Do not use abrasive materials to clean the oven glass. These materials can scratch the surface and damage the glass.
  7. Store in a clean, dry place
