INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
WARNINGS FOR BAG/FILM
- The bag/film must not be wider than 28 cm, or proper sealing will not be possible.
- For this appliance, use only bags/films that are structured on one side (with dots or stripes) and which are made of nylon (PA/PE), otherwise the sealing tape will not be hermetic and the appliance may be damaged. The type of film is always indicated on the packaging. The quality of the sealing changes depending on the type and thickness of the film.
- The supplied bags are free of BPAs but are not suitable for microwaves. DO NOT heat the bag in the microwave. The bag might burst!
USING THE FILM
- Use a pair of scissors to cut the necessary section of tubular film for the bag, making as straight a cut as possible, or use the cutter incorporated in the lid of the appliance and proceed as follows: (consider that when the bag is full, there must be at least 6 cm of space from the edge for sealing):
a. Push the cutter to the right or left all the way to the edge
b. Rest the film on the cutter
c. Press down lightly on the cutter and move it from one side to the other over the film to cut it.
d. Place the open end of the bag up inside the appliance so that the opening of the bag is in the center under the lower seal ring. Close the lid of the appliance.
e. Press button 3 SEAL to close and seal the bag.
| Insert the food inside the bag.Position the open side of the bag at the centre of the tray and cover the top lid. | ![]() |
| Press on the lid with both hands until you hear a “click” from both sides, indicating it is properly closed. Press the sealing button or vacuum sealing button according to need. | ![]() |
| At the end of this operation, press the block buttons on both sides to release the vacuum, then open the lid and remove the bag.ATTENTION! Do not touch the sealing tape on the appliance to avoid burns. | ![]() |
NOTE: The sealing operation can be stopped at any time by pressing the on/off button

Tips for perfect vacuum packing:
- Place the foods in the bag, leaving at least 4 cm (2 inches) of space between the contents of the bag and the top part of the bag.
- Do not wet the open end of the bag, otherwise it will be difficult to seal. If the food is liquid, clean it with a paper towel or wrap it in a plastic bag, then proceed with the vacuum packing operation.
- Before sealing the open end of the bag, it must be clean and straight. Check that there are no other objects on the open end of the bag. During suction, make sure the bag does not fold, do not allow hard objects to slip out of the bag.
- Before proceeding with suction, check that there is not too much air in the bag pressing delicately on the bag to eliminate any excess air. This will reduce the work load of the appliance.
- During the suction process, if the vacuum level does not satisfy the requirements, the
appliance will automatically stop working within 2 minutes. Examine the bag for any leaks or incorrect positioning.
- Check that the seal rings are not torn or deformed, and that there are no small grains around them. If so, replace it with a new one or remove it, clean it, and dry it.
- To prevent food particles from being sucked into the vacuum pump, place a filter or some paper in the top part of the bag before vacuum packing.
- For best results, fruit and vegetables can be frozen for some time before vacuum packing.
- Perishable foods must be refrigerated or frozen after vacuum packing.
- Pour water into the bag for maximum 2/3 of its capacity, seal the opening (without suction) of the bag. Once frozen, it can be used in the ice bucket or as an ice block to treat sports injuries.
- Foods such as cheese and cooked foods sold in commercially packaged bags can be kept fresh by simply vacuum packing them after each use.
- Mixed materials such as flour and rice, used to make baked cakes and fritters, should be packed in a vacuum container.
- In case of foods with sharp parts, such as fishbones, wrap the sharp parts before vacuum packing to stop them from tearing the bags.
- Vacuum packing also protects non-food products against oxidation, corrosion and humidity, such as museum pieces, photos, important documents, stamps, books, jewellery, papers, cosmetics and metals.
- Continuous and intense use may cause the sealing tape to overheat. Stop the appliance for 90 seconds and wait for it to cool.
- The supplied bags are suitable for temperatures between -20^ and +80^ and can therefore be used for “sous vide cooking”. In sous vide cooking, foods (meat, fish and vegetables) are sealed in a vacuum bag and then cooked inside it at low temperature (around 50 - 90 °C), in either a bain-marie or steam-cooked. This will preserve the aromas and fragrances inside the bag during cooking. The foods do not dry out, the properties of the foods, aromas, or spices are sealed together in the vacuum bag, transferring their flavour to the food.
Important: When the appliance is not in use, it must not be completely closed. Otherwise, the seal ring foam may be deformed and compromise the quality of air suction.
VACUUM PACKING CONTAINERS
- Connect the flexible hose to the appliance's suction device (4).
- Apply the adapter to the other end of the flexible hose and place it in the special container valve, holding it pressed.
- Press the button 4 Spot Pumping. The BLUE light turns on and the appliance sucks the air out of the container. As soon as the air has been eliminated, the light turns off.
- The adapter can now be removed from the container and from the appliance.
VACUUM PACKING BAGS WITH VALVE
-
Connect the flexible hose to the appliance's suction device (4).
-
Carefully close the bag to be vacuum packed. The vacuum packing function only works if the bag is completely closed. The bag should be positioned in such a way that the bag suction opening is resting on a smooth surface.
-
Apply the adapter to the other end of the flexible hose and insert it in the special bag valve, holding it pressed.
-
Press the button 4 Spot Pumping . The BLUE light turns on and the appliance sucks the air out of the container. As soon as the air has been eliminated, the light turns off.
-
The adapter can now be removed from the container and from the appliance.
