USE

  • Check that the speed selector (2) is set to 0 (= off).
  • Insert the whisks (6) or dough hooks (5) into the mounting holes. Note that the dough hooks can only be inserted in one way.
  • Plug the appliance in.
  • Lower the whisks or dough hooks into the bowl with ingredients before switching it on to avoid splashes.
  • Turn the speed selector (2) to any position between 1 and 6. The higher the number the speed selector is set to, the faster the appliance will run. You can increase the speed further by pressing and holding the turbo button (3).
  • Turn off the appliance by moving the speed selector to position 0 once you have finished using it.
  • Unplug the appliance and press the release button (1) to remove the whisks or dough hooks.
