6. Assembly

Add a few drops of lubricating oil to the front wheel column before inserting the front wheels.

Insert the left and right wheel suspension into the frame. Then tighten the set screw with the hexagonal spanner provided to prevent the wheel from coming loose.

Do not overtighten the screw. Over-tightening will restrict the swivelling of the wheel.

Mount the two rear axles in the mounting holes provided on the frame. Then put the rear tyres on the axle by pressing and holding the button on the wheel. To fix the wheel, stop pressing the button.

To be able to unfold the wagon, first loosen the retaining clip.

Make sure that the locking button of the push handle is pressed before unfolding to avoid damage.

After the wagon frame has been fully unfolded, place the wagon shelves in the designated places to increase stability.

Simultaneously press the buttons on both sides to adjust the height of the push handle.

To activate the rear brakes (on both sides), press the brake lever on the left rear wheel with your foot.

To release the brakes, simply lift the lever with your foot!

To activate the front brakes (on both sides), press the brake lever on the respective front wheel with your foot.

To release the brakes, simply lift the lever with your foot!

1. Disassembly / Transport

Hold the roof poles carefully and bend them slightly inwards. Now the roof is no longer under tension and you can carefully remove it. Then push the poles down into the frame as far as they will go.

Remove the respective shelves and stow them in the side pockets of the wagon.

Start by folding the interior extension inwards so that it does not cause resistance when folding the wagon frame.

If this step is not carried out, the wagon may be damaged during folding due to the resistance.

Press the buttons on both sides of the push handle and start folding it inwards.

Pull the tab in the middle of the wagon floor straight up.

Then press all four corners of the wagon together. When the wagon is completely folded, secure it in the folded position using the retaining clip.

With the help of the extended drawbar, the wagon can be pulled without any problems. To lift the wagon, please hold it by the frame and the handle of the drawbar.

8. Use / Care / Maintenance

1. Check your wagon and its accessories regularly for damage and wear. Check the fabric regularly for tears, chafing or other signs of damage. Check metal parts for dents or cracks. If parts are damaged, do not use the product. Check for bent, broken, missing or loose fasteners. Tighten any loose fasteners and replace any broken or missing fasteners.
2. Wash this product regularly with warm water and a mild soap solution. Do not use harsh cleaners or solvents.
3. Clean the wheel axle and apply lubricating oil. Check and service it at least once a year.
4. Store this product in a cool, dry place and protect it from direct sunlight.
5. Do not exceed the maximum load of 75kg.
6. Do not tow the wagon behind bicycles or motor vehicles.
7. Do not use the wagon near hot food to avoid soiling or damaging the fabric.
8. Do not exceed the 3 kg load capacity of the foot extension.
9. Do not use stairs or escalators.
10. Do not leave children unattended in the wagon. Always use the brakes when the wagon is not moving.
11. To avoid crushing hazards, do not allow children to fold or unfold the wagon without adult supervision.
12. Do not use child car seats or other third party seating devices.
13. Do not modify the structure and function of the pushchair. The modification creates the risk of destabilisation.
14. Apply the wheel brakes before loading or unloading children or cargo or releasing the handles.
15. The CTC800 is not a substitute for a pushchair. Children transported in the wagon must be able to sit independently. Seat belts are recommended for children under 3 years of age.
16. Never lean on or apply excessive pressure to the push handle at the rear of the pushchair. Exert excessive pressure on the push handle. This handle is a comfort handle and cannot be compared to the handling of a pushchair.
17. Do not stand or step on the rear shelf to climb into the pushchair.
18. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or third-party parts and accessories.
19. Make sure that the trolley is assembled correctly before use.
20. Before use, make sure that all locking devices are correctly engaged or disengaged.
21. Do not sit on the side walls to avoid the risk of tipping over.
22. Please read this information carefully before use and keep the instructions in a safe place.
