How to assemble the Sienna high chair?

Follow the steps in the manual: screw the lower and upper parts of the legs, attach the feet, then the legs to the seat. Attach the footrest at the front and snap on the tray. Use the provided screws and Allen key.

What is the maximum weight supported by the high chair?

With the harness, the child must not exceed 15 kg. Without harness (for older child), the maximum weight is 20 kg.

Can I use the chair without the tray?

Yes, the tray is removable. However, for young children (under 36 months), the harness is mandatory even without the tray. The tray alone is not sufficient to restrain the child.

How to convert the high chair into a low chair for an older child?

Remove the tray and footrest. Unscrew the lower parts of the legs and the feet, then screw the feet directly onto the upper parts of the legs. Remove the straps and replace the safety element with the provided plug.

How to clean the chair cover?

Wash the cover and straps by hand with mild soap. Do not use bleach, tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning. The plastic seat can be wiped with a damp cloth.

Where can I find spare parts?

Use only manufacturer-approved parts. Go to www.kinderkraft.com to order parts or contact customer service.

What is the warranty of the Sienna high chair?

The warranty is 24 months from the date of purchase. An extension up to 120 months (10 years) is possible upon registration on the Kinderkraft website. To claim, fill out the form at www.rma.kinderkraft.com.

Is the high chair stable on all floors?

The non-slip feet ensure good stability. Make sure the chair is on a flat, hard surface. Do not place the chair near a window or heat source.

Can I lift the child while in the chair?

No. Never move the chair with the child inside to avoid risk of falling or tipping.

How to properly install the safety harness?

Connect the shoulder and hip straps, then fasten them into the crotch strap buckle. Adjust them to be tight. The harness is essential for safety.

C. Assembly and adjustment of a high char

The assembly of the chair should be started by screwing together the elements of the lower part of the leg (4) and the upper part of the leg (3) (Figure A). Each part of the leg is marked with the appropriate number - match them appropriately. Then connect the entire leg to the washer (5) by screwing it in such a way that there is no clearance between the washer and the leg (Figure B). The next step is the attachment of legs to the seat (1). Insert the legs into holes located at the bottom of the seat in such a way that the screws located in the legs are properly aligned with the holes for the mounting screws (Figure C). NOTE! Legs with holes in the element 3 must be located on the front of the chair. Next to, use the screws (7) and the Allen key (9) to fix the legs (Figure D). Screw the footrest (6) to the front of the chair with the use of the screws (8). Attach the plastic tray (2) to the chair with the use of a latching mechanism. NOTE! In order to disassemble the tray, tilt the latch on one side and pull the tray up, then repeat actions from the other side. In order to fasten seat belts, attach shoulder and lap belts to each other, and then clip them to the crotch belt buckle. NOTE! The use of belts is necessary to ensure your child's safety. Using the tray without other elements will not support your child properly. Always use seat belts. The belts are adjustable. A correctly folded chair is presented in Figure E. ATTENTION! The tray is not adjustable.

D. Assembly of the chair for an older child

After dismounting of the tray, unscrew the securing element attached to the seat (1) with a Phillips screwdriver (10), and then remove the belts. Pull plastic rings through the opening in the seat and in the seat cover. Install the plug (11) in place of the securing element (you will find it inside the securing element after removing the plastic insert (12)). If it is necessary to reassemble the belts for the function of a high chair, conduct activities in the reverse order. Then disassemble the footrest, unscrew the lower parts of legs and leg pads (NOTE! The pads should be screwed to the upper part of legs in order to secure them). At the end of the installation, secure the cover with the attached buckles with straps (13) by pulling them through the holes located in the cover and in the seat of the chair. A correctly folded chair is presented in Figure F.

E. Cleaning

Chair: Wash with clean and damp cloth and mild soap.

Sheathing and belts: Wash in hands. Do not bleach. Do not tumble-dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

F. Warranty

1. All Kinderkraft products are covered by a 24-month warranty. The warranty period starts from the date the product is handed over to the Buyer.
2. The warranty is only valid in the member states of the European Union, excluding overseas territories (as currently defined, including in particular: Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands, French Overseas Departments, Åland Islands, Athos, Ceuta, Melilla, Helgoland, Büsingen am Hochrhein, Campione d'Italia and Livigno) and the territory of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland excluding the British Overseas Territories (e.g. Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands).
3. The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to countries not listed above. The conditions of the additional warranty may be determined by the Seller.
4. In some countries, it is possible to extend the warranty to a limited period of 120 months (10 years). The complete terms and conditions and the warranty extension registration form are available at WWW.KINDERKRAFT.COM
5. The warranty is valid only in the territory indicated in paragraph 2.
6. Claims must be made by completing the form available at WWW.RMA.KINDERKRAFT.COM
7. The warranty does not cover:

A. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to: scratches, dents and cracks in plastic, unless the failure is due to a material or manufacturing defect;
B. Damage resulting from misuse or poor maintenance - including but not limited to: mechanical damage to products caused by misuse or poor maintenance;

C. Damage caused by improper assembly, installation or disassembly of products and/or accessories;
• Refer to the instructions for use and installation of the product contained in the user manual;
D. Damage caused by corrosion, mould or rust, resulting from improper maintenance, care and storage;
E. Damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise resulting from the normal passage of time;
- This includes: tears or punctures in inner tubes; tyre damage; tyre tread damage; fading of fabrics resulting from mechanical use (e.g. on joints and covering of moving parts);
F. Damage or erosion caused by sun, perspiration, detergents, storage conditions or frequent washing, etc;
G. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, contact with liquid, earthquake or other external causes;
H. Products that have been modified to change functionality without 4Kraft's written consent;

I. Products from which the serial number or lot number has been removed or tampered with in any way;
J. Damage caused by the use of third party components or products - including but not limited to: cup holders, umbrellas, reflectors, bells;
K. Damage caused by transport or by ground handling service providers.

1. The warranty period for accessories included with the product is 6 months from the date of sale, excluding the faults described above.

2. These warranty conditions are complementary to the Customer's statutory rights with respect to 4KRAFT sp. z o.o. The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Customer's rights under warranty for defects in goods sold.
