How to charge the Yealink BH76 headset?

The headset can be charged via the USB-C port (cable included) or wirelessly on a Qi charger. The red LED indicates charging, green indicates full charge. USB charging takes about 2 hours, wireless charging 3 hours.

How to pair the BH76 with a Bluetooth device?

Turn on the headset, then press and hold the multifunction button for 3 seconds (when on) or 5 seconds (when off) to enter pairing mode. The LED flashes red and green. Select Yealink BH76 in your device's Bluetooth list.

How to activate Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)?

Press the ANC button once to cycle through modes: active noise cancellation, ambient sound, or off. You can adjust the level via the Yealink USB Connect or Yealink Connect software.

What to do if the headset does not turn on?

Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the headset to a USB power source and check the LED. If no LED lights up, clean the USB port and try again. Contact support if the problem persists.

Can I use the BH76 with Microsoft Teams?

Yes, the Teams edition of the BH76 connects directly to Teams via the dedicated button. Other editions require the Yealink USB Connect software for notifications.

How to clean the BH76 headset?

Turn off the headset and unplug it. Use a lightly dampened antistatic cloth. Never use chemicals or immerse the headset in water.

Are the ear cushions replaceable?

Yes, the ear cushions can be replaced. Follow the instructions in the manual to remove and install new ones.

How to check the battery level of the BH76?

Press the Clients button (on top of the headset) once to hear a voice announcement of the remaining battery percentage. The LED also provides an indication.

The headset does not connect to my PC, what should I do?

Ensure the Bluetooth dongle is properly inserted (USB-A or USB-C). Reset pairing by holding the multifunction button for 3 seconds. Use Yealink USB Connect to check the connection.

How to activate the voice assistant on the BH76?

Press and hold the Clients button (Teams/UC edition) for 2 seconds to launch Siri, Google Assistant, or your phone's default assistant.

• You can set the level of noise cancellation on Yealink USB Connect (desktop client) or Yealink Connect (mobile app).
• If you are in Noise Canceling mode, you might not hear the ambient sound. It depends on ambient conditions and the type or volume of audio playback Do not use the headset in places where the inability to hear ambient sounds would be dangerous.

Notes for BHC76 (optional)

1. Please use the power adapter provided by Yealink to get a more efficient charging experience.
2. Please do not place any metal and magnetic cards on the charging board to avoid abnormalities and damage to the charger.
3. Please do not charge too far away from the charging sign to get a more efficient charging experience.
4. During use, if you find the charging board or the charged device is overheated and the charging stops (the indicator light keeps flashing), you need to remove the charged device until it cools down, and then try charging again.

5. The indicator light of the charging stand keeps flashing, and it may be the following three situations:

6. The location of the charged device is not placed correctly. You need to replace the it. After calibrating the charging position, you can charge the device normally until the indicator light is always on.

7. The charging stand has an overheating alarm. After the mobile phone or the charging stand cools down, it will stop flashing automatically and enter the normal charging state.
8. Metal or magnetic cards may be placed on the charging board, and please remove them.

Safety Guide for BHC76 (optional)

1. Do not disassemble the product by yourself or bring it near fire and water to avoid short circuit leakage or damage to the product.
2. Do not use the product in high temperature, humidity, and corrosive environment to avoid damaging the circuit and causing failure to charge or other failures.
3. Do not expose the product to corrosive liquids. Otherwise, it will cause severe damage.
4. Do not disassemble or re-equip the product for any reason to avoid secondary failure and burnout.
5. Do not place the product below -10^ or above 60^ .
6. Do not knock, throw or shake the product because rough methods will damage the internal circuit board structure.

The following basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce risk of fire, electrical shock, and other personal injury.

Environmental Requirements

• Place the product on a stable, level and non-slip surface.
• Do not place the product close to heat sources, in direct sunlight or next to any house hold appliance with strong magnetic field or electromagnetic field, such as a microwave oven or a refrigerator.
• Do not allow the product to come into contact with water, dust and chemicals.
• Protect the product from aggressive liquids and vapors.
• Do not place the product on or near any inflammable or fire-vulnerable object, such as rubber-made materials.
• Do not install the product in rooms with high humidity, for example, in bathrooms, laundry rooms and wet basements.

Safety Notes During Operation

• Use only spare parts and accessories supplied or authorized by Yealink. The operation of non-authorized parts cannot be guaranteed.
• Do not place heavy objects on top of the handset or the base station in case of damage and deformation caused by the heavy load.
• Do not open the handset or the base station by yourself for repair purpose, which could expose you to high votages. Have all repairs carried out by authorized service personnel.
• Do not let a child operate the product without guidance.
• Keep the small accessories contained in your product out of reach of small children in case of accidental swallowing.
• Before plugging or unplugging any cable, make sure that your hands are completely dry.
• Do not hold the handset up to your ear when speakphone is on or when the ringer is ringing as the volumn can be very loud, which may be harmful to your hearing.
• During a thunderstorm, stop using the product and disconnect it from the power supply to avoid lightning strike.
• If the product is left unused for a rather long time, disconnect the base station from the power supply and unplug the power adapter.
• When there is smoke emitted from the product, or some abnormal noise or smell, disconnect the product from the power supply, and unplug the power adapter immediately.
• Remove the electrical cord from an outlet by pulling gently on the power adapter, not by pulling the cord.

Battery Precautions

• Do not immerse the battery into water, which could short-circuit and damage the battery.

• Do not expose the battery to an open flame or leave the battery where it could be subjected to extremely high temperatures, which could cause the battery to explode.

• Do power the handset off before removing the battery.

• Do not try to use the battery for the power supply of any device other than this handset.
• Do not open or mutilate the battery, released electrolyte is corrosive and may cause damage to your eyes or skin.
• Use only the rechargeable battery pack delivered with the handset or those rechargeable battery packs expressly recommended by Yealink.
• Defective or exhausted battery should never be disposed of as municipal waste. Return old battery to the battery supplier, a licensed battery dealer or a designated collection facility.

Notices of Cleaning

• Before cleaning the base station, stop using it and disconnect it from the power supply.
• Remove the battery before cleaning the handset to reduce risk of electric shock.
• Only clean your product with a piece of slightly moist and anti-static cloth.
• Keep the power plug clean and dry. Using a dirty or wet power plug may lead to electric shock or other perils.

Never dispose of the device with domestic waste

Ask your Town Council about how to dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way. The cardboard box, plastic packaging and player components may be recycled in accordance with prevailing recycling regulations in your country.

Troubleshooting

The unit cannot supply power to Yealink device. There is a bad connection with the plug.

1. Clean the plug with a dry cloth.

2. Connect it to another wall outlet.
   The usage environment is out of operating temperature range.

3. Use in the operating temperature range.

The cable between the unit and the Yealink device is connected incorrectly.

1. Connect the cable correctly.

You cannot connect the cable properly.

1. You may have connected a wrong Yealink device.

2. Use the correct power supply.

Some dust, etc., may be in the port.

1. Clean the port.
