SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USER
- This appliance is designed for domestic use only. No responsibility is accepted for damage resulting from use non-compatible with the instructions.
- To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put the hand mixer in water or other liquid.
- Do not operate the hand mixer with wet hands.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
- Unplug before inserting or removing parts.
- Avoid contacting moving parts.
- Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from the beaters during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons, and/or damaged to the mixer.
- Remove beaters from the hand mixer before washing them.
- Do not continuously operate the mixer too long. The motor may overheat. For 1 5 Speed, continuously operate time must be less than 5 minutes.
- Do not use the beaters to mix too hard ingredients.
The use of attachments not recommended
or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
- Do not let cord contact hot surface, including the stove.

MIXING GUIDE

Note: Use beaters if beat eggs. Use hooks if mix thick sticky flour.
During mixing dough, add water in bowl first, then add four. Use your hand to rotate bowl for about 2-3 minutes, after that bowl can be rotating itself.
HOW TO MOUNT THE MIXER


INSERTING THE BEATERS OR THE DOUGH HOOKS
Press the push button on to the motor unit and lift it backward. Insert the beaters or dough hooks into the correct hole and make sure that it is fixed well.

FIXING THE BOWL
Press the push button on to the motor unit and lift it backward, Place the bowl on to the base part of the appliance, turn the bowl base clockwise into the main rotating disc and press the lock button to make sure that the bowl is fixed properly. Finally bring back the motor down with the help of same pressing button. Note: To get Good stirring effect it is recommended to put first the liquid ingredients in the bowl followed by adding the dry ingredients.

WORKING OF THE UNIT
Plug in the appliance in the wall outlet, turn on the stand mixer, move the speed button and select the desired speed from 1 to 5.
USING YOUR HAND MIXER
- Fit the beaters or hooks to the beater holes. They have to be fit in the correct position
- Plug in the appliance.
- Hold the mixer handle. Lower the beaters or hooks into ingredients.
- Switch on and select the speed desired. The mixer begins to mix the ingredients in the bowl.
- When you have finished mixing, stop the mixer by pushing the speed button to "0" immediately.
- Wait until the beaters/hooks have stopped revolving, press the ejector knob to remove the beaters/hook. "Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching which move in use."
- Unplug the appliance when you have finished mixing. Clean the beaters/hooks with water. Make them dry, store in the box together with the main body.
- Hand shank, Stainless steel bowl can move around.
- Stand release button, Can shake up and down, convenient take material and to take off the fork.
IMPORTANT
Do not use the mixer continuously more than 5 mins. After use of 5 mins, take a pause of at least 1 minute to cool down the motor and use it again.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the appliance and remove the detachable accessories.
It is advised to clean or wash all the detachable accessories by hand after detaching from the motor. Do not use solvent or abrasive agents to clean the Appliances and its accessories, always use soft sponge and soft detergent. Rinse it with clean running water and soak with clean cloth.
Wipe the motor with dry and damp cloth, do not immerse the mixer in water or any other liquid to avoid electrical short circuit or to damage appliance.
Always clean the bowl, beaters and hooks with soft detergent and clean water.
