How to adjust the grind on the Ceado E37Z Hero?
Use the toothed ring (4, Fig. 1) and the adjustment knob (6, Fig. 1). For a finer grind, turn counterclockwise; for a coarser grind, turn clockwise. You can speed up the adjustment by unlocking the ring with the release button (5, Fig. 1). Make sure the teeth of the ring engage properly after adjustment.
What is the recommended cleaning procedure?
Always unplug the appliance before cleaning. Clean the external surfaces and parts in contact with coffee (bellows, outlet chute) at the end of each day. Use a brush for hard-to-reach areas. Never wash with water jets and never immerse the appliance in water. For the wooden base, use specific wood products.
What to do if the motor does not start?
Check that the connection cable (10, Fig. 2) is properly inserted into the connector (18, Fig. 3). Ensure the power plug is plugged in and the ON-OFF switch (16, Fig. 3) is set to '1'. Check the circuit breaker. If the problem occurs after intensive use, the motor may be in thermal protection: wait at least 20 minutes in a cool place before trying again.
Can I use this appliance for anything other than coffee?

How to change the burrs?
Replacement of burrs must be carried out only by qualified technical personnel. Always use original spare parts. Contact an Authorized Service Center.
What supply voltage is required?
