PUTTING INTO OPERATION

Twist and lift the back cover. Remove the battery compartment cover. Insert 1x AA battery matching the polarity (+/-). Close the battery cover and the back cover.

AUTOMATICALLY TIME SET

Once the battery is installed, the clock starts searching for the DCF signal. Within 3-8 minutes the clock will receive the DCF signal and set itself to the exact radio controlled time. A permanently displayed reception icon indicates successful signal reception. If a signal is not receivable, press the FUNK button, the clock will start to search again for the DCF signal. The reception symbol flashes during the active signal search. Notes: Press the FUNK button again to stop searching for the time signal and the reception icon is no longer displayed. The "S" symbol is displayed above the time if daylight saving time was received via the radio time signal.

You cannot set the time manually while the automatic time setting function is active. In this case, press the FUNK button first to end the time signal search. Press and hold the EINSTELLEN button for 2 seconds to enter into time setting mode. The figure to be set will be flashing. Press ▲ or to change the settings. Press the EINSTELLEN button to confirm and to switch to the next setting. The setting order is: 12/24-hr format, time zone, hour, minute year, month, day, language. POSITIONED METHOD The bathroom clock can be positioned in 3 ways as desired: Pull out the table stand brackets from the rear of the clock, place on table or desk as desired. Hang on the wall by hanging hole. Hang on a smooth place with suction cap. Note: Dampen your fingertip with water and lightly moisten the inner rim of the suction cup. Moistening helps create a tighter seal. RESET Press NEUSTART button to return to the default settings.
