We congratulate you on the purchase of your new product. You have chosen a high quality product. The instructions for use are part of the product. They contain important information concerning safety, use and disposal. Before using the product, please familiarise yourself with all of the safety information and instructions for use. Only use the product as described and for the specified applications. If you pass the product on to anyone else, please ensure that you also pass on all the documentation with it.
Intended use
This product is intended for cutting food. Do not use it for any other purpose. The product is designed for household use; it is not suitable for commercial use. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damages caused by improper use.
- Scope of delivery
After unpacking the product, verify that the delivery is complete and that all parts are in proper condition. Remove all packaging materials before use.

Safety instructions for electric knives
This product shall not be used by children. Keep the product and its cord out of reach of children.
This product can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
■ Children shall not play with the product.
The continuous operating time may not exceed 2 minutes. Let the product rest between 2 cycles for at least 1 minute! After 5 consecutive operating cycles, the product must be allowed to cool to room temperature before continued use.
■ WARNING! Improper use can lead to injuries!
■ Handle sharp knives with care!
- Do not cut on sensitive or hard surfaces to prevent damages. Always use a suitable cutting surface (e.g. cutting board).
■ Always disconnect the product from the power supply when it is not supervised, before assembly, disassembly and cleaning.
■ Switch off the product and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- Clean all parts that come into contact with food/cooking oil with a neutral detergent. Rinse all parts thoroughly with clear water and dry them.
- Do not make any modifications to the product. Only use attachments and accessory parts recommended by the manufacturer.
Electrical safety
■ Before connecting the product to the power supply, make sure that the nominal voltage on the rating plate complies with your mains network.
- Do not use the product if the plug or power cord are damaged, the product does not work properly or is otherwise damaged.
■ Protect the power cord from damage.
- Do not let the power cord hang over sharp corners and do not bend it. Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces and make sure that no one can trip over it.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Do not insert any fingers or objects into the interior of the product and do not block its air vents.
■ Protect the product from heat. Do not place the product directly next to heat sources such as stoves or heaters.
No action is needed from users to shift the product between 50 and 60 Hz. The product adapts itself for both 50 and 60 Hz.
Before first use
■ Remove the packing materials. Make sure that all the parts are present (Fig. A).
- Clean the product and the accessories (see "Cleaning and care").
Operation
⚠️ DANGER! Always follow the safety instructions while operating the product:
■ Only use identical blades as a pair.
■ Never insert a single blade.
■ Always heed the correct orientation of the blades 8 (up/down).
■ Press the blades 8 by the blade handles 7 firmly into the blade holder 1. Both blades 8 must noticeably click into place.
- Keep your hands away from the blades 8. They are very sharp and may cause serious injury.
■ Always first unplug the product before changing the blades 8.
- Select the right blade type
There are 2 blade types available:

Attach/detach blades
The blades 8 attach to one another at the front via a stud 9 and rivet 9.
Attach the blades
Guide the rivet of the left blade into the stud 9 of the right blade (Fig. D).
Place the blades parallel to one another (Fig. E).

■ Slide the right blade forward.
■ Remove the rivet from the stud 9.

■ Unplug the plug from the power outlet.
- Hold the attached blades by the blade handles 7.
- Insert both blades into the blade holder 1 on the product.
■ Push the blades by the blade handles 7 firmly into the blade holder 1.
Both blades must noticeably click into place. Try to pull out the blades 8 by the handles 7. If you cannot remove the blades, they are firmly inserted.
Remove the blades
■ Unplug the plug from the power outlet.
Press the blade release.
Pull the blades by the blade handles 7 from the blade holder 1.
Cutting
Plug the power plug into an appropriate socket.
- Hold the product by the housing. Your thumb is on the on/off switch 3. Your index finger is on the switch-on lock 4.
- Hold the blades on the food.
■ Press the switch-on lock 4 with your index finger.
■ Turn on the product: Slide the on/off switch 3 to the I position.
■ Turn off the product: Release the on/off switch 3 so it slides back the ○ position.
After use
■ Release the switch-on lock 4 with your index finger.
■ Unplug the plug from the power outlet.
Food residue may contain or form acids. These may damage the blades 8. Always clean the product after use (see "Cleaning and maintenance").
■ Store the product at a location out of the reach of children.
● Cleaning and maintenance
⚠️ DANGER! Risk of electric shock and injury! Always disconnect the power plug 5 from the outlet before cleaning the product.
⚠ WARNING! Risk of injury! The blades 8 are very sharp and may cause serious injury.
- Do not use any abrasive, aggressive cleaners or hard brushes to clean the product.
Part Cleaning
Housing
■ Wipe down the product with a slightly damp cloth.
- Do not let any water or other liquids enter the product interior.
Blades
8
■ Remove the blades from the blade holder 1.
- Detach the blades from each other.
- Clean the blades like regular knives.
NOTE: The blades 8 are also suitable for dishwashers.
- Let all parts dry completely after cleaning.
Storage
■ Store the blades in their protective sleeves 10.
- Store the product in the original packaging when it is not in use.
- Store the product at a dry location out of the reach of children.
Make sure the power c05c is rolled up evenly and without kinks.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.

Observe the marking of the packaging materials for waste separation, which are marked with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with following meaning: 1-7: plastics / 20-22: paper and fibreboard / 80-98: composite materials.

The product and packaging materials are recyclable, dispose of it separately for better waste treatment. The Triman logo is valid in France only.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.

To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product properly when it has reached the end of its useful life and not in the household waste. Information on collection points and their opening hours can be obtained from your local authority.
Warranty
The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of product defects you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below.
The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original sales receipt in a safe location. This document is required as your proof of purchase.
Should this product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our choice – free of charge to you. This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or maintained improperly.
The warranty applies to defects in material or manufacture. This warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered consumables (e.g. batteries) or for damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches, rechargeable batteries or glass parts.

Please have the till receipt and the item number (e.g. IAN 123456_7890) available as proof of purchase.
You will find the item number on the rating plate, an engraving, on the front page of the instructions for use (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of the product.
If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department listed either by telephone or by e-mail.
You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.
