How to charge the Soundcore Life Q35 headphone?

Plug the provided USB-C cable into a 5V 0.65A charger. The LED is solid red during charging and turns off when fully charged. Dry the USB port thoroughly before plugging in.

How to turn the headphone on and off?

Press the power button for 3 seconds to turn on/off. To enter Bluetooth pairing mode, press and hold for 5 seconds until the LED flashes blue.

How to connect the headphone via Bluetooth?

Turn on the headphone, it enters pairing mode (flashing blue LED). On your device, select "Soundcore Life Q35" from the Bluetooth list. Confirm if required.

How to activate noise cancellation (ANC)?

Press the NC button to toggle ANC on/off. Long press the right earcup or the NC button to switch to Transparency mode.

What to do if the headphone does not connect?

Make sure the headphone is on and in pairing mode (flashing blue LED). Remove the device from your phone's Bluetooth list and try again. You can also reset the headphone by pressing and holding the power and volume + buttons for 5 seconds.

How to reset the headphone?

Press and hold the power and volume up buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The LED will flash blue and red twice.

How to use transparency mode?

Tap the right earcup for 1 second or press the NC button until you hear a voice prompt. This mode lets ambient sounds in to keep you aware of your surroundings.

How to use the Soundcore app?

Download the Soundcore app from Google Play (or App Store, if available). Connect your headphone to access the equalizer, choose noise reduction modes, update firmware, or customize a soundscape of white noise.

What is the battery life?

With ANC on, battery life is 40 hours. Without ANC, it reaches 60 hours. Full charging time is about 2 hours.

How to clean the headphone?

Use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid liquids. For the ear cushions, you can remove them (if removable) and clean with a slightly damp cloth. Make sure the USB port is dry before charging.

When successfully connected with the first device, press twice the power button to pair up with another device.

• Your Soundcore headphone can only play music on one mobile device at a time. To play from another connected device, pause the device that's currently active first.
  • Each time you power on your Soundcore headphone, it will automatically connect to your last successfully connected device if available within the Bluetooth range.

NFC Mode

Near Field Communication (NFC) is a technology that enables short-range wireless communication between various NFC compatible devices, such as mobile phones and IC tags. If your Bluetooth device supports NFC, you can connect it with your headphone easily.

1. Enable the NFC feature on your Bluetooth device (iOS devices excluded).
2. Tap the right panel of your headphones with the back of your Bluetooth device.

Noise Cancellation Mode

To reduce ambient noise, turn on the active noise cancellation mode by pressing the NC button. Press the NC button again to turn off.

Noise cancellation: Choose an active noise cancellation mode to reduce ambient noise according to your surroundings.

• Transport: Targets low-end frequencies like engine and road noise for peaceful journeys and commutes.
• Outdoor: Reduces ambient sounds in cities for less distractions.
• Indoor: Reduces voices and mid-frequency noise from coffee shops and other inside spaces.

Transparency: Stay aware of your surroundings by allowing ambient sounds in.

White noise soundscape: Tailor your own white noise soundscape when you need to rest.

Firmware update: You will be informed once the new version of firmware is detected when you connect the headphones with the app.
