How to pair the earbuds with a smartphone?

Open the charging case, take out the earbuds, they will automatically enter pairing mode. On your smartphone, enable Bluetooth and select soundcore A20i / A25i from the list.

How to reset the earbuds?

Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. Press and hold the touch pads of both earbuds for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red three times.

What to do if only one earbud works?

Make sure both earbuds are charged. Perform a reset. If the issue persists, check in the Soundcore app that the earbuds are properly paired.

How to charge the earbuds and the case?

Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. The case charges via a USB-C cable (5V 0.5A). The case LED indicates the charging status.

What is the actual battery life of the earbuds?

The battery life is about 9 hours on a single charge, and up to 28 hours with the charging case. Results vary depending on volume and usage.

Are the earbuds water-resistant?

Yes, the earbuds have an IPX5 certification, which protects them against water splashes. However, the charging case is not waterproof.

How to change the ear tips of the earbuds?

Gently pull the ear tip to remove it, then align the new ear tip with the nozzle and push until it clicks. Choose the size that offers the best fit and comfort.

How to use the Soundcore app?

Download the Soundcore app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app, follow the instructions to connect your earbuds. You can customize the equalizer, controls, and perform firmware updates.

How to skip to the next or previous track?

By default, press and hold the touch pad on the right earbud for 2 seconds for the next track, and the left earbud for 2 seconds for the previous track. You can customize these controls in the app.

How to update the firmware of the earbuds?

Connect the earbuds to the Soundcore app. If an update is available, a notification will appear. Make sure the earbuds are in the case with the lid open and charging during the update.

1. Tear off the insulation sticker on the earbuds before first use.
2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and close it.
3. Fully dry off the earbuds and the USB-C charging port before charging.

POWERING ON & PAIRING

Open the charging case and take the earbuds out. They will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

Select "soundcore A20i / A25i" * on your device's Bluetooth list when connecting for the first time.

*The device name may vary depending on the region.

MANUAL PAIRING

To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, take the earbuds out of the case, then tap and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 3 seconds until the earbuds' LED indicators flash white rapidly.

POWERING OFF

To power off, return the earbuds to the charging case and close it. The earbuds will automatically power off after 30 minutes if they are not connected.

RESET LED LIGHT GUIDE

Reset if the earbuds have issues pairing with each other or with other devices. Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open, then tap and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 8 seconds until the earbuds' LED indicators flash red rapidly three times.

You will be notified once a new firmware version is detected when you connect the earbuds to the app. Ensure the earbuds are placed in the charging case and the case remains open until the firmware update is complete. During the update, make sure the earbuds are being charged and avoid any usage.
