Frequently Asked Questions - RP320 Audizio

How to connect my phone via Bluetooth?
Turn the function knob to BT. The LED indicator flashes blue. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and search for "Audizio recordplayer". After pairing, the LED becomes solid blue. Adjust the volume using the turntable's volume knob.
Why doesn't the record turn after placing the tonearm?
Check that the autostop switch is set to ON. If so, the platter will rotate automatically when the tonearm is moved over the record. Otherwise, set it to ON. If the problem persists, check the power supply and that the record is properly placed.
How to record a record to my computer?
Connect the turntable via USB to the computer. Install the Audacity software (included on CD or download). In Audacity, select the USB audio input, then record. Make sure the mode is PH and the turntable is powered on.
Sound is low or absent, what to do?
Check the volume on the turntable. If using the RCA output, make sure the amplifier is on and set to the correct input. If using Bluetooth, check the phone volume. If necessary, replace the cartridge and check the stylus.
How to replace the stylus (cartridge)?
Carefully remove the cartridge protective cover. Unclip the old cartridge following the manufacturer's instructions. Insert the new cartridge ensuring it is properly aligned. Refer to the manual for the specific model.
The auto-stop does not work correctly.
The auto-stop may be disabled if the switch is set to OFF. Set it to ON. If the record stops prematurely or does not stop, set the switch to OFF for continuous play. Some records may cause malfunction.
The platter spins too fast or too slow.
Use the speed selector button (33/45) according to the record. Then fine-tune with the pitch control. If the problem persists, check that the record is not warped.
Can I connect the turntable to a Bluetooth speaker?
No, this device is only a Bluetooth receiver, not a transmitter. You cannot send sound to a Bluetooth speaker. Use the RCA output or headphones.
How to use the AUX input?
Plug a 3.5 mm audio cable (not included) from your mobile device into the AUX jack on the turntable. Select PH or BT mode (both work). Adjust the volume using the turntable's knob.
Is the warranty valid if I open the device?
No, any opening of the housing voids the warranty. Only an approved technician can perform repairs. Use only original parts to avoid damage.
