Frequently Asked Questions - RP330D Audizio

How to connect a smartphone via Bluetooth?
Set the mode selector to BT. The indicator flashes blue. On your smartphone, enable Bluetooth and search for Audizio recordplayer. Select it to pair. The indicator becomes solid blue. You can then play music from your smartphone on the turntable.
How to play a 45 rpm vinyl record?
Place the record on the platter. Use the provided 45 rpm adapter by inserting it into the center of the platter. Set the speed to 45 using the speed button.
How does the auto-stop function work?
The autostop on/off switch activates or deactivates the function. When set to ON, the platter starts rotating as soon as the tonearm is moved toward the record and stops automatically at the end of the record. If the record stops prematurely, set the switch to OFF.
What to do if the record does not spin?
Check that the device is turned on and the mode selector is set to PH (phono). Make sure the autostop switch is set to ON (if you want automatic rotation). Gently move the tonearm over the record; the platter only rotates when the tonearm is positioned above the record.
How to adjust the volume?
Turn the volume knob clockwise to increase sound. When using Bluetooth, your smartphone volume may also affect the overall sound level.
Can I use external speakers?
Yes. Connect your speakers to the binding posts on the back (red to +, black to -) using the provided cables. You can also use the RCA output to connect to an amplifier or hi-fi system (cable not included).
How to maintain the stylus?
When the turntable is not in use, place the removable cover on the stylus. Clean it gently with an anti-static brush if necessary. Avoid touching the stylus tip.
What are the important safety precautions?
Never open the casing (risk of electric shock). Do not expose to moisture or rain. Unplug the device during thunderstorms or if not used for extended periods. The device should be used indoors, between 5°C and 35°C.
How to clean the turntable?
Use a soft dry cloth. Never use chemicals, aerosols, or liquids that could damage the coating or penetrate the inside.
What to do if the sound is low or distorted?
Check the volume setting. Ensure the stylus is clean and in good condition. If using the RCA output, check the connections. In Bluetooth mode, move away from interference sources. If the problem persists, contact a technician.
