Press the mode change button twice to cycle between ECO, DRIVE and SPORT modes. Walk and ASSIST modes are set via the Segway Ninebot app.

How to charge the battery?

Plug the supplied charger into a mains socket (100-240 V) and connect it to the charging port on the scooter. Charging time is approximately 7 hours. Use only the original charger.

What is the maximum supported weight?

The maximum user weight is 100 kg (265 lbs). Do not exceed this limit to avoid damage or accident.

Is the scooter water-resistant?

The scooter has IPX5 protection (splash-resistant). Avoid riding in heavy rain or submerging the scooter. Do not clean with a water jet.

How to fold and unfold the scooter?

To fold, press the quick-release lever on the folding mechanism and fold the handlebar back. To unfold, raise the handlebar until the mechanism clicks into place.

Where to find spare parts or get the scooter repaired?
