• DANGER! Never allow the device to get wet (in the rain, at a tap, near a bathtub, etc.) as you might experience an electrical shock.

• Never submerse the device in water or another liquid.

• Children should not have access to the device, nor should they play with it.

• Caution! Always maintain a distance of at least 15 centimetres or more between your hair and the running hairdryer. Excess heat might render the hairs brittle.

• Do not cover the air intakes or exhaust while the device is connected. The device is equipped with overheating protection: the device will switch itself off when the airflow is impeded (e.g. when the air intakes or exhaust are obstructed).

• If the device deactivates itself during use, set the switch to position “0” and wait approximately five minutes before switching it back on.50 • English

• Wash your hair and dry it well.

• Comb your hair thoroughly. Do not use hairspray or other flammable chemical hair care products. Drying hair Your appliance has a cool shot button. For precision hair styling fit concentra- tor nozzle onto the air outlet opening. The hair dryer has the following setting options:

• Blow setting 0: off 1: mild air current 2: strong air current Cool shot push button With the cool shot push button you can lower the air temperature while the appliance is switched on. Precision nozzle Precision nozzle for styling and shaping. The precision nozzle concentrates the airflow enabling targeted drying of specific sections of hair. The precision nozzle is easily attached to the airflow outlet of the hairdryer. Diffuser The diffuser for volume, styling and shaping. • The hair should be dried well with a towel beforehand.

• Pull the precision nozzle off the hair dryer and push on the diffuser in its place.

• Now place the diffuser directly on the scalp and move it with a quarter turn, so that the hairs lie round the diffuser fingers.

• Switch on the appliance and work preferably with the gentle air stream (mean power).

• Allow the diffuser to revolve slowly to and from one spot. In this way, volume builds up from the roots of the hair during the drying process. As soon as the first section of the hair is dry, continue in the same way with other parts of the hair until all has been treated. › MAINTENANCE / CLEANING

• Always make sure to disconnect the device from the electric socket before cleaning it.

• Never let children clean the device.

• Never submerge the device in water.

• Protect the device from dust.

• From time to time, clean the ventilation grille to remove dust and hairs.

• You can clean the device with a slightly damp cloth and then wipe it with a dry cloth.
