What devices can I charge with this charger?

This charger is compatible with any mobile device that supports wireless charging (Qi standard). Please verify your device's compatibility.

My phone is not charging, what should I do?

Check that your device is properly centered on the charging surface and that no metal objects are obstructing. Make sure the protective case is removed if it is too thick. The device must be placed horizontally.

Which USB power adapter should I use?

For 7.5 W fast charging, use a USB power adapter with a minimum output of 9 V / 2.22 A. With a 5 V adapter, the power will be limited to 5 W. Do not connect to a PC or laptop.

Can I use a protective case while charging?

Yes, but some thick or metal cases may interfere with charging. If charging does not start, remove the case and try again.

Does the charger heat up normally?

Slight warming is normal during charging. If the charger becomes very hot or emits an odor, unplug it immediately and contact customer service.

How do I clean the charger?

Use a soft, slightly damp cloth with a mild detergent. Never use abrasive or solvent-based products. Avoid any moisture penetration into the device.

Where should I store the charger when not in use?

Store it in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, preferably in its original packaging, at a temperature between 0 and 45 °C.

The MAGNETIC WIRELESS CHARGING PAD (hereinafter referred to as the „Product“) is an information electronics device. This product is only for charging mobile devices that use wireless technology. Other devices cannot be charged with the product. The product is intended for private use only and not for commercial use. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage resulting from unauthorised modifications or improper use.

ATTENTION! Damage to property

This product does not contain any parts which can be serviced by the user.

Sudden temperature changes may cause condensation inside the product. In this case, allow the product to acclimate for some time before using it again to prevent short circuits!

- Do not throw the product into fire and do not expose to high temperatures.

• Never open the product. It has no internal parts requiring maintenance.
  The product must not be covered during operation, no foreign objects may be introduced into the product, no foreign objects may lie on the charging surface during operation.
  The product must not be charged at a PC or notebook due to the high power consumption.

ATTENTION! Radio interference

• Do not use the product on aeroplanes, in hospitals, service rooms, or near medical electronic systems. The wireless signals transmitted could impact the functionality of sensitive electronics.
• Keep the product at least 20~cm from pacemakers or implantable cardioverter defibrillators, as the electromagnetic radiation may impair the functionality of pacemakers.
  The radio waves transmitted could cause interference in hearing aids.
  Never use the product near flammable gases or potentially explosives areas (e.g. paint shops), as the radio waves emitted can cause explosions and fire.

Before use

i NOTE:

Before use, verify the package contents are complete and undamaged!
All parts have to be unpacked and the packaging material has to be removed completely.
If you notice any damage or missing parts, contact the dealer who sold this product.

Operation

ATTENTION! The product must not be charged at a PC or notebook due to the high power consumption.

Charge your mobile device

1. Plug the USB type C plug 1 of the USB charging cable 3 into the USB port on a suitable USB adapter (not included).
2. Plug the USB adapter (not included) into an easily accessible mains socket.
3. Place the mobile device on the charging surface 2. Make sure the center of the device is aligned over the center of the charging surface (Fig A). Charging will begin on contact. Protective covers that protect the mobile device may

interfere with the charging process. In this case, the mobile device must be removed from the protective cover.

1. Put out the folding stand 5 at back of the product for support the device stand on the stable and horizontal surface (Fig A).

Troubleshooting

What should I do if the mobile device does not get charging?

Check that the mobile device have wireless charging technology.
Check the mobile device is placed horizontally on the center position of the charging pad.
Check that no foreign object blocking the charging.
Check whether the mobile device is removed from the protective cover.

Storage when not in use

Store the product in a dry interior, away from direct sunlight, preferably in its original packaging.

Cleaning

This product has no internal parts requiring maintenance. Moisture entering the product may result in damage.
Ensure no moisture enters the product during cleaning to prevent damaging the product beyond repair.
- Do not use abrasive, solvent-based or aggressive cleaners. These can damage the surface of the product.
Only clean the product with a slightly damp cloth and mild washing-up liquid.

Warranty

The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of product defects you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below.

The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original sales receipt in a safe location. This document is required as your proof of purchase.

Should this product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it - at our choice - free of charge to you. This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or maintained improperly.

The warranty applies to defects in material or manufacture. This warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered consumables (e.g. batteries)

or for damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches, rechargeable batteries or glass parts.
