Exerciseinstructions

The following instructions are only exercises of possible exercises. Please refer to the respective literature for information about other exercises.

Wear comfortable athletic or leisure wear and warm up before exercising.
Pay attention to how fast you are carrying out the exercises. Start with slow movement.
Start with one set of 10-20 reps per exercise. Repeat each exercise 3-5 times. Rest sufficiently between exercises.

- Exercises with wrist weights / soft grip hand exercises

Triceps and shoulders (see Fig. A)

Bend your elbows, hands and forearms at chest height.
- Extend the right arm away from your body. Rotate the wrists so the palm is down when the arm is extended all the way.
- Return your right arm to the starting position and repeat the exercise with your left arm.

Shoulder I (see Fig. B)

Bend the elbow approx. 90^ and hold so your fists are upward.
Push the arms upward so your hands touch above your head.
Slowly return to the starting position.

Shoulder II (see Fig. C)

  • Keep your right forearm at your right hip. Keep your elbow bent and raise your arm.
    Slowly return to the starting position and repeat this move with your left arm.

Biceps (see Fig. D)

  • Extend your arms so they are horizontal.
    Now pull the forearm up, then return to the starting position.

Chest (see Fig. E)

Bend the elbow approx. 90^ and hold so your fists are upward.
Move your arms to the front until they touch.
Slowly return to the starting position.

Triceps (see Fig. F)

Bend your upper body forward with your elbows at approx. 90^ .
Now bring both forearms into a horizontal position.
Slowly return to the starting position.

Exercises with foot / ankle weights

Hips I (see Fig. G)

Kneel on the floor so your hands are below your shoulders and the knees below your hips.
- Extend the right leg to the back, bend your foot.
Tighten your glutes, raise your leg and hold this position for approx. 10 seconds.
Slowly return to the starting position.
Then repeat this exercise with the other leg.

Hips II / abdomen (see Fig. H)

Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet crossed. Do not let your feet touch the floor.
Lean slightly back, supporting your body with your hands.
Raise both feet 30 - 45cm Slowly return to the starting position.

- Cleaning and Care

Clean with a dry, lint-free cloth.

Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
