How to use the griddle for the first time?

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

It is recommended that products use separate lines and sockets to avoid circuit breaker or time delay fuse overload.

The YS-660 / YS-660-EU / YS-730 / YS-730-EU / YS-730H / YS-730B / YS-730B-EU must connect to a separate, grounded wire, single-phase, AC-Only electrical supply with their own circuit breaker. These appliances must be installed in accordance with National Electrical Codes, as well as state, municipal, and local codes. This appliance must be supplied with proper voltage, frequency, and amperage, which is protected by a proper-sized circuit breaker or time delay fuse.

Instruments must be used to separate live wires, neutral wires, and grou wires. The power switch must be turned off during wiring to keep the v controllable and provide insulation protection.

PRODUCT COMPONENTS

Green light: Power Indicator

- When the product is powered on, the green light turns on.

Note: The product does not have a power switch. The products are powered directly after plugging them into the socket.

Orange light: Heating indicator light

• When the product does not reach the set temperature, the product continues heat and lights up in orange.
• When the product reaches the set temperature, the product stops heating at the orange color goes out.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Before using the appliance for the first time, peel off any promotional material packaging materials, and check that the cooking plates are clean and free of If necessary, wipe them over with a damp cloth. Spread over with an absorb kitchen towel and wipe off any excess oil.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. After daily use, keep the griddle hot (at 300^ F), and rub it clean with a or grill brick.
