How to fill the water tank?

Two methods: remove the body and pour water directly into the basin (recommended method) or open the lid to add water into the basin. Never exceed the MAX line and add water slowly while monitoring the level.

What to do if the humidifier does not produce mist?

First check that the tank has enough water. If water is present, clean the vibrating plate and atomizer to remove scale. Ensure the water temperature is not too low. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.

How often should I clean the humidifier?

Empty and rinse the tank every three days. Descale the basin and vibrating plate weekly. Replace the water filter every six months. Use fresh water and vinegar or a suitable descaling agent.

Can I use essential oils in the humidifier?

No, never add aromatic oils or other liquids to the water. This could damage the product. Using additives voids the warranty.

Why is the humidifier making an abnormal noise?

An abnormal noise may be due to a lack of water in the tank (the pump running dry) or resonance with the surface. Fill the tank or place the unit on a stable, flat surface.

How to set the desired humidity?

Press the HUMIDITY button to increase the target humidity in steps of 5% RH (from 45% to 95% RH). When the ambient humidity reaches the set value, the machine stops automatically and resumes when humidity drops by 5%.

What does the flashing red light mean?

The red light indicates a lack of water in the tank. Turn off the unit, unplug it, and fill the tank to the recommended level (without exceeding the MAX line). The machine will automatically resume operation once filled.

What type of water should I use?

Use tap water with a hardness between 40 and 75 mg of calcium carbonate per liter. If the water is too hard, use demineralized water to avoid scale buildup. The water temperature should not exceed 45°C.

How to use the remote control?

Insert a CR2025 lithium battery into the remote control by removing the battery ring. The remote works within 5 meters and at an angle of about 45 degrees. It allows access to all functions of the unit.

What to do if water flows out of the overflow space?

This means the tank is overfilled. Drain some water so it is below the MAX line. Also check that the unit is level and the lid is properly closed.

1. SAFETY

• Read this user manual carefully before using the appliance and keep it for future reference.
• The installation must be completely in accordance with local regulations, ordinances and standards.
• This product is only suitable for use as a humidifier in normal indoor household operations.
• The appliance is suitable for mains voltages ranging from 220-240 V ~ 50/60 Hz.
• The capacity of the humidifier depends on the temperature and the humidity in the room.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• The electricity supply to the device must be checked by a recognized professional if you have any doubts regarding the compatibility. Always take the plug out of the socket when the device is not in use.
• Do not insert objects into the openings of the device.
• Keep the spraying mouth from directly facing furniture or electronic equipment to avoid damage.
• Never turn on when waterless.
• Never move the appliance when there's water inside.
• Never submerge the product in water or other fluids.
• Due to the emission of steam care should be taken when using the appliance.
• Tap water can only be used when the hardness of the water is between 40 and 75 mg of Calcium Carbonate per litre. Water with a higher level of Calcium Carbonate will likely cause scaling inside the product and/or on surfaces or items surrounding the product (e.g., furniture). Hard water can cause the product to be damaged and to break. This is not covered by the warranty.
• Use a de-scaling fluid to remove scaling.
• To prevent legionella infections, it is necessary to replace the water in the water tank at least once a week.
• Never turn on the unit when the water in the water tank has been there for over a week.
• Do not add other fluids to the (demineralised) water in the water container. Fluids like aroma oils could cause damage to the product.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Unplug the appliance during filling and cleaning.
• The appliance should always be placed on a firm, flat, waterproof surface at least 1.2 m away from bedside and 30 cm from the wall.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. WARNING: Micro-organisms that may be pre

sent in the water or in the environment where the appliance is used or stored, can grow in the water reservoir and be blown in the air causing very serious health risks when the water is not renewed and the tank is not cleaned properly every 3 days.

2. INSTALLATION

ATTENTION BEFORE USE

1. Do not place this machine near the human body to avoid discomfort.
2. Do not place this machine near wooden furniture to prevent the furniture from becoming damp and damaged.
3. Do not allow the area around the humidifier to become damp or wet. If dampness occurs, turn down the output of the humidifier. If the humidifier output volume cannot be turned down, use the humidifier intermittently. Do not allow absorbent materials, such as carpeting, curtains, drapes, or tablecloths, to become damp.
4. Be aware that high humidity levels may encourage the growth of biological organisms in the environment.
5. Place this machine on an even surface and keep a distance of at least 30 cm from walls to ensure normal operation.

ATTENTION

Before use, check the ultrasonic transducer first. If the ultrasonic transducer is damaged, do not use this machine.

USAGE METHOD

1. Place the unit on a solid and flat surface (to prevent tilting).
2. Two ways for adding water:

2.1. Take out the body, adding water into the sink. This way is more recommended to use! DO NOT FILL IT OVER THE MAX LINE! 2.2. Open the cover, add the water directly into the sink, water will go down to the tank.

ATTENTION

Add water slowly and keep an eye on the water level in the tank!

1. When the water tank is empty, the device switches off automatically, and the indicator light turns blue at the same time.
2. Add water after unplugging the power plug.
3. Turn off and unplug the humidifier before moving it, otherwise the unit may not function properly.

3. OPERATION

When plugging the device into the socket for the first time, the LCD display will light up for 1 second, then only the "⊕" symbol remains, and the machine enters standby mode.

When the machine is out of water, it will emit a tone for 5 seconds, then the water shortage icon on the display will light up in red.

ON/OFF

Press it to turn on the machine; the LED display shows the current humidity and temperature. The atmosphere lamp lights up, and the pump starts to draw water from the tank up to the sink. It takes 2.5 minutes to draw water, during which time all functions cannot be operated. When the water drawing process is finished, the machine will start to spray mist at level 2, and other functions can be operated normally.

MIST

Press it to select the mist spray level 1-3; keep pressing to cycle through the different levels. The LED shows the selected level.

HUMIDITY

Press it to set a constant humidity. Each time the constant humidity function key is pressed, the humidity increases by 5% RH. After reaching the maximum humidity level, this function will be turned off. Humidity adjustment range: 45% - 95% RH. In the constant humidity state, the machine stops working when the ambient humidity reaches the set humidity. If the ambient humidity is less than the set humidity by 5% RH or more, the machine will resume working.

TIMER

Press it to set a 1-12 hour mist spray timer; the LED display shows the set timer. The machine will stop spraying after the set time. The timer function cannot be set when the machine is out of water.

AUTO

Press it to enter the auto mode. This mode is used as a sleep mode. Fog level will adjust automatically according to the ambient humidity, and the display brightness will reduce by 50%. Press any key beside ON/OFF to light up the display again and turn off the mode.

In this mode:

• When the ambient humidity is less than 40% RH, mist spray at the maximum level 3.
• When the ambient humidity is 41–60% RH, mist spray at the middle level 2.
• When the ambient humidity is 61–70% RH, mist spray at the minimum level 1.
• When the ambient humidity is over 70% RH, mist spray will stop working automatically.

ANION

Short press this button to turn on the Anion function. The LED screen will display "An" to indicate that the anion function is working. Press it again to turn off the Anion function.

LIGHT

Long press it for 5 seconds to turn on and off the water level indicator light.

Waterless: When the water level is too low, the machine will automatically stop working. At the same time, the water shortage indicator will light up red. Please turn off the power switch, unplug the power plug, and refill the water tank.

When the water level in the tank is too low to work normally, the machine will shut off automatically, and all selected functions will be turned off together. The LED display will close, leaving only the icon in red color. When the water in the tank is not enough to be drawn up, the pump will spin, and there will be around 3–5 seconds of noise from the pump. It is better to turn off the power and refill water again.

1. Replace batteries: Press 1 and pull out the battery ring. Put Lithium battery CR2025 + on the top.
2. Remote control operation: The remote control is within 5M, about 45 degrees.

5. MAINTENANCE

1. Before cleaning, please be sure the machine is stopped and unplugged.
2. Empty the tank and refill every third day. Before refilling, clean it with fresh tap water or cleaning agents if required by the manufacturer. Remove any scale, deposits, or film that has formed on the sides of the tank or on interior surfaces, and wipe all surfaces dry.
3. Clean all parts with a soft cloth. Never use hard objects to avoid damage.
4. Change the water in the tank and sink every day to prevent bacterial growth.
5. Do not use chemical detergent for cleaning.
6. Never leave water in the reservoir when the appliance is not in use. Empty and clean the humidifier before storage. Clean the humidifier before next use.
7. It is suggested to change the water filter after 6 months of use. (If your product has a filter element)

ATTENTION:

1. This machine requires the use of pure water below 45°C only, and room temperature between 5 and 40°C.
2. Do not add water from the air outlet and nozzle.
3. Water level should not exceed the MAX line in the tank.
4. Avoid the air outlet when pouring out the water from the sink.
5. When the machine is working, please do not lift the cover. Do not touch the water in the sink to avoid accidents.
6. This machine is for indoor use only. Please place it on a flat floor. It is not recommended to use this machine on a wooden floor to avoid damage caused by moisture.
7. The power cord should not be scratched, damaged, knotted, pressed against heavy objects, clamped, or otherwise processed. Otherwise, it may cause electric shock, short circuit, or fire.
8. During thunderstorm weather or when not in use for a long time, please unplug the power supply.
9. If an accident happens, such as the machine falling down or water getting inside the body, please unplug the machine and let it dry, then contact after-sales service.
10. Keep this machine out of reach of children.
11. Please place the humidifier 0.5 meters away from furniture, electrical appliances, walls, or any heat source.
12. When you lift the sink from the tank, be careful that water may spill out from the overflow gap.
13. When refilling water into the tank, do not exceed the MAX line. Otherwise, water will spill out from the overflow gap on the back side of the tank.
14. When moving the machine, be careful that water may flow out from the overflow gap.

SCALE REMOVAL METHOD:

For long-term use, there will be scale deposit on the mechanical sink and vibrating piece, the scale will reduce the atomization effect. Therefore, it is recommended to clean the scale in the sink and the vibration piece every week.

1. Pour the disincrustant into the water tank, add warm water of about 60°C, let the disincrustant completely dissolve and soak for 5-10 minutes.
2. Clean the dirt on the sink wall and the vibrating plate with a brush or a clean soft cloth.
3. Pour out the water. Be careful to avoid the location of the air outlet to prevent water enter the base, cause the circuit board to short-circuit and damage.

8. CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

There is a two-year warranty on your humidifier from the date of purchase. All material or manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge. The following applies:

• All claims for compensation, including consequential damage, will not be entertained.
• Any repairs or replacement of components during the warranty period will not result in an extension of the warranty period.
• The warranty will expire if any alterations have been made, if non-genuine components have been fitted, or if the humidifier has been repaired by a third party.
• Components subject to normal wear and tear, such as the air filter, are not covered by the warranty.
• The warranty is only valid upon presentation of the original, unaltered, and date-stamped purchase receipt.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by actions that deviate from those described in the user's manual or by neglect.
• Transportation costs and the risks involved during the transportation of the humidifier or its components shall always be for the account of the purchaser.

To prevent unnecessary expenses, we recommend that you always carefully read the user's manual first. If this does not provide a solution, take the humidifier to your distributor for repair.
