Smaller ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger ingredients. A larger amount of ingredients requires a slightly longer preparation time, a smaller amount of ingredients requires a slightly shorter preparation time. Shaking or moving the ingredients halfway through the preparation time optimises the end result and can help prevent unevenly fried ingredients. Coat fresh potatoes with a bit of oil for crispy result. Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in the fryer. Some snacks that can be prepared in an oven can also be prepared in the fryer. We recommend the following quantities and settings: Food Quantity (max.) Accessorie Program Temp. (°C) Time (min.)
