Do not use this product in any other way as stated for normal use. Not observing general regulations in force and instructions from this manual does not make the manufacturer liable for damages. Residual Risk Even when the device is used properly and all safety regulations are complied with, there still may be some residual risks. rical components, such as the inside of ovens. There is a risk of tripping when using the tool with a suction hose. The suction hose must not be kinked, crushed or run over. There is a risk of damage and subsequent injury. The tool must not be operated if the suction hose, the nozzles or the spray lance are damaged. Do not use for cleaning windows. Protect the tool from frost and dry running. Wear sturdy footwear for protection against electric shock According to valid regulations, it is not permitted to operate the tool on the drinking water network without a system separator. Use a system separator according to EN 12729 type BA.. Water that has passed through a system separator is classied as non-potable. A system separator is available from specialist retailers. A system separator (backow preventer) prevents water and detergent from owing back into the drinking water pipe. Always switch on the tool only after you have connected the water supply and the connection is tight. Do not operate the tool with the water supply closed. Dry running will damage the tool. Be aware of the recoil force of the escaping water jet. Ensure a safe stand and hold the pressure washer rmly. Otherwise you could injure yourself or other persons. Switch o the tool immediately and remove the battery if the water system leaks. To reduce the risk of re, personal injury, and product damage due to a short circuit, never immerse your device, battery pack or charger in uid or allow a uid to ow inside them. The accumulator must be packaged (plastic bag, box) or accumulator contacts must be sealed up for accu- mulator disposal, transport or storage. The Güde charger to be used only to charge the battery. There can be malfunction or re if dierent chargers are used. Vapours may leak out in case of unauthorised use or when using a damaged accumulator. Bring fresh air and seek medical advice if experiencing diculties. Vapours may irritate the respiratory system. Keep the device, in particular the air vents, clean at all times. Never spray water on the device body! Never clean the machine and its components with solvents, ammable or toxic liquids. Keep parts of the packagings out of reach of children and dispose them as soon as possible. Dispose of the batteries in an environmentally friendly manner. Li-ion batteries are subject to the special disposal obligation. Have any defective batteries disposed of by a specialised shop. The battery must be taken out before the appliance is scrapped. Damaged batteries may harm the environment and your health if toxic vapours or liquids leak out of such batteries. Therefore, never send a defective battery by post, etc. Please contact your local recycling centre. Dispose of the batteries when discharged. We recom- mend applying an adhesive tape on the poles to protect them against short circuit. Never open the battery. Guarantee Warranty period of 12 months applies to commercial use and 24 months applies to private use and commences on the day of purchase of the device. The guarantee solely covers inadequacies caused by ma
terial defect or manufacturing defect. Original payment voucher with the sales date needs to be submitted for any claim in the guarantee period. The guarantee does not cover any unauthorised use such as appliance overloading, use of violence, damage as a result of any unauthorised interference or caused by foreign items. Failing to follow the operating and assem
