How to recharge my devices with the PowerPack?

Connect the supplied USB-A to USB-C cable to the USB port of the PowerPack (OUT 5 V/3 A) and to the USB-C port of your device. If necessary, use your device's charging cable. For the USB-C output, use a suitable USB-C cable. The charging process starts automatically.

What do the LEDs on the PowerPack mean?

Each LED corresponds to 25% of the capacity. One LED on indicates the capacity already reached. If three LEDs are on and the fourth is blinking, the PowerPack is charged to at least 75%. Four LEDs on mean full charge.

Can I charge the PowerPack and a device at the same time?

No, the PowerPack must never be charged and discharged simultaneously. Do not connect any device while charging the PowerPack. This could damage the PowerPack and connected devices.

Which cable to use for charging?

Use the supplied USB-A to USB-C cable for charging the PowerPack or for charging a device via the USB-A port. For the USB-C output, use a suitable USB-C cable. If the supplied cable is not suitable, use your device's cable.

What to do if my device is not charging?

Check that the cable is properly connected and the end device is compatible. Ensure that the total consumption does not exceed 3000 mA. Press the PowerPack button to turn it on. If the problem persists, try another cable.

4. Operation

4.1.Chargingthepowerpack

• Do not charge the power pack via your PC or notebook. The charging currents can damage the USBportonthePCornotepad.
• O nlyusesuitablechargingdevicesorUSBconnectionstochargetheproduct.
• Do not use defective chargers or USB ports and do not attempt to repair them.
• Do not overcharge the product or allow the battery to completely discharge.

• A voidstoring,chargingandusinginextremetemperaturesandatextremelylowatmospheric pressures(suchasathighhaltitudes).
  C hargeregularly(leastquarterly)duringperiodsofprolongedstorage.

• Start the power pack charging process by connecting the enclosed USB-A to USB-C cable to the USB-C input on the power pack (IN 5V/2A) and to a suitable USB charger. To do this, consult the operating instructions for the USB charger you are using. Alternatively, the power pack can also be chargedviathemicro-USBport(IN5V/2A).

• T hechargingprocessbeginsandendsautomatically.
  Fully charge the power pack once before using it for the first time.

• D uringthepowerpackchargingprocess, the capacity is displayed constantly.
  Each status LED corresponds to 25% of the capacity. The permanent illumination of an LED indicates that the capacity has already been reached. If three LEDs light up and the fourth one flashes, the powerpack is at least 75% charged.
• If a llfourstatusLEDslightup, the full capacity is available.
• Press the button on the power pack to switch this on and to determine the power pack's current capacity.
• Press the button twice until the status LEDs go out to switch the power pack off.

• Ensure that the total current consumption of the connected device does not exceed 3000 mA .

• Y oumustobeytheinstructionsandsafetynotescontainedthereinregardingthesupplyof powertoyourdevices.
• T hepowerpackmustnotbechargedanddischargedatthesametime!
• Please do not charge simultaneously at the two USB and USB-C outputs since this significantly reduces the charging current. The charging period increases significantly as a result and the powerpack may, in certain circumstances, become overloaded.

Warning

• Never connect the power pack's charging cable to its input and output simultaneously. This can damage the battery.
• Do not connect any devices during the power pack charging process. Doing so can damage the powerpack and connected devices.
• Connect the enclosed USB-A to USB-C cable to the power pack's USB port (OUT 5V/3A) and the USB-Cportonyourdevice(mobilephone,smartphone,etc.).
• In certain circumstances, the enclosed charging / connecting cable may not match the USB port on yourdevice. Inthiscase, use the USB cable that came with your device.
• When using the USB-C output (OUT 5V/3A) for the charging process, connect a suitable USB-C charging cable to the USB-C output on the powerpack and the port on your device.
• The charging process begins automatically. During the charging process, the status LEDs indicate the powerpack's remaining available capacity.

• T erminate the charging process and switch the powerpack off by pressing the button on the powerpack twice. The status LEDs go out.
• In the event that no device is connected, the power pack switches itself off automatically.

Note- optimisedcharging

Optimised charging meansthat the powerpack recognises the connected device, supplies it with the ideal current strength and therefore reduces the charging time to a minimum. Note that the powerpack's maximum current delivery is 3000mA .
