- Read all instrucons before using the vacuum cleaner and save for future reference. To reduce the risk of personal injury or damage to your vacuum, use only recommended accessories.
- Do not leave vacuum unaended when it is plugged in and/or operang. Unplug unit when not in use.
- Never operate this unit when ammable materials or when vapors are present because electrical devices produce arcs or sparks that can cause a re or explosion.
- Always disconnect the plug from the wall outlet before removing the tank cover.
- Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close aenon is necessary when vacuum is in use by or near children.
- This appliance shall not be used by children from 0 year to 8 years. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilies or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instrucon concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless older than 8 and supervised.
- To protect yourself against an electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or appliance in the water or any other liquid.
- The plug must be removed from the socketoutlet before cleaning or maintaining the appliance.
- This appliance is only to be used for household purposes and only for the purpose it is made for.
- Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer’s recommended aachments.
- Do not use with a damaged cord, plug, or other parts.
- If your vacuum is not working as it should, has missing parts, has been dropped, damaged, le outdoors, or dropped into water, call customer service.
- Sparks inside the motor can ignite ammable vapors or dust. To reduce the risk of re or explosion, do not use near combusble liquids, gases, dusts, gasoline or other fuels, lighter uid, cleaners, oil-based paints, natural gas, coal dust, magnesium dust, grain dust, aluminum dust or gun powder.
- Do not pull or carry the appliance by cord and make sure the cord cannot become entangled. Do not close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners.
- Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug rmly.
- Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.11
- Do not put any object into venlaon openings. Do not vacuum with any venlaon openings blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, or anything that can reduce air ow.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, ngers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
- Turn o the control before unplugging.
- Use extra care when cleaning stairs.
- Do not use to pick up ammable or combusble liquids such as gasoline or use in areas where they may be present.
- Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarees, matches, or hot ashes.
- Do not use without lters in place.
- Always unplug this appliance before connecng or disconnecng vacuum hose.
- Store the vacuum indoors. Put the vacuum away aer use to prevent tripping accidents.12
- Take the appliance and accessories out of the box. Remove the sckers, protecve foil or plasc from the device.
- Only use the device if all the lters included the dust compartment are placed properly, a damaged or improperly installed lter or dust compartment may damage the unit. Use
- Choose the desired brush: the combi nozzle for narrow surfaces or the tube together with the oorbrush.
- Insert the plug into the power socket. Make sure that the power supply corresponds to the required power menoned on the rang label.
- Press the on/o buon to turn on the power.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Use the dump buon to open the boom plate of the dust container, the dust container will open and the dirt will fall out. Cleaning the Filter
- Take out the dust container by pushing the dust container release buon.
- Turn the lid of the dust container anclockwise and remove it.
- Carefully remove the cyclone lter from the dust container.
- Remove the foam lter holder from the cyclone lter.
- Remove the foam lter from the lter holder. Please note: the thin fabric lter is rmly aached to the lter holder and cannot be taken out of the holder!
- Thoroughly rinse all the parts with clear, lukewarm water. Do not use any cleaning agent.
- Shake o any excess water and allow all the parts to dry completely before reinserng them.14
