FOR INFANTS AND CHILDREN! Never leave children unsupervised with the pack- aging material. There is a danger of suffocation. Keep this product out of the reach of children. This product is not a toy. This product may be used by children aged 8 years and up, as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities or lacking experience and knowledge, so long as they are supervised or instructed in the safe use of the product and understand the associated risks. Do not allow children to play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children without supervision. CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY! Make sure that all parts are undamaged and correctly as- sembled. Improper installation may result in in- jury. Damaged parts could impact safety and function. Installation must be performed by skilled persons. RISK OF WATER DAMAGE! Shut off the main water supply prior to installation. Ensure all seals are seated correctly. This product is not suitable for use with low-pres- sure tanks and open (non-pressurised) electrical storage heaters.13 GB/IE We recommend installing a filter during instal- lation or at least using angle valves with filter to avoid foreign objects from entering. Only use the product in rooms with tempera- tures above 0 °C. In case of potential frost, shut off the water supply and drain the product. Careful when adjusting the water temperature: risk of scalding! Please note that the seals are wear parts and must be changed from time to time. Incorrectly installed hand shower sets can cause water damage! Even careful production can result in sharp edges. Therefore proceed with caution during installation. Installation Note: carefully check all connections for leaks after first use. Note: incorrect installation will void the warranty, particularly with respect to consequential damage! Note: following installation, unscrew the aerator and flush the pipe and tap fitting well (hot / cold water supply) to flush out contaminants (shavings and hemp residues). After flushing the tap fitting, reattach the aerator to the tap fitting. Note: thoroughly flush the lines after extended pe- riods of non-use to remove stagnant water and resi- dues. Roughen the (smaller) ½ thread of the S-con- nectors

with a saw (see Fig. A). Wrap the ½ threads of the S-connectors

with sealing tape (not included) (see Fig. B). Screw the two S-connectors

clockwise into the wall connections. When doing so, be sure the S-connectors

are square with the wall and must be screwed in equally (see Fig. C). Adjust the S-connectors

so the distance of the S-connectors

is the same as the connec- tors on the fitting

. Ensure the S-connectors

are horizontal (see Fig. D). Screw one covering collar

clockwise over each (larger) thread of the installed S-connec- tors

so they are flush with the wall (see Fig. E). Insert the seals

in the union nuts. Secure the fitting

by screwing the union nuts onto the threads of the two S-connectors

. Be sure the union nuts are easy to turn and must not be tilted to avoid leaking connections (see Fig. F). For the thermostat bath filling fitting (CLT023SICR-L), unscrew the aerator

an- ti-clockwise following installation, flush the pipes and the tap fitting well (hot/cold water supply) to flush out contaminants (shavings and hemp remains). After flushing the tap fitting, reinstall the aerator

in the tap (see Fig. G). Switching between bath filling / shower (only CLT023SICR -L) With the water running, turn the diverter knob clockwise to switch to the shower function (see Fig. H). Turn the diverter knob anti-clockwise to end the shower function (see Fig. I). Note: turning off the water automatically ends the shower function. Cleaning and care Never clean with petrol, solvents or aggressive cleaners or hard bristled brushes, etc. These could damage the product surface. Clean the product with a damp, soft cloth or chamois. Remember to regularly unscrew aerator and re- move any limescale deposits or foreign objects. We recommend replacing the aerator if it is very dirty. Maintenance Please note, a bonnet is a wear item and the valve may need to be replaced every 1‒2 years if your water is very hard or dirty. Regularly check all connections and joints for leaks or visible damage. Have leaks or visible damage to the shower set or hoses checked or replaced by a professional immediately.14 GB/IE Removal Shut off the water supply before removing the product. Watch for residual water draining from the product. Remove the product in the reverse order speci- fied in the installation instructions.
